They set the trap four times a year, but they did come in and replace all the traps, and they added a few more. They just bought out the company that we formally used. Our experience with them has been fine so far. They provide us with a written report that we can show people. Their price is reasonable. The guy who I did see was very professional. We will continue to use them.

If you ever need them for an infestation problem, they will come within a week. Sometimes even the next day if you have an immediate problem or as needed. This is all included in the service price. I have never had a complaint with any of the service people. Over the years, I have had a number of different people come to do work in my home. Anderson Pest control has performed the service for two years now. They provide a friendly service in a professional and thorough manner.

We had a mouse problem in our house for the first time in 20 years. My wife was terrified and wanted to move! We immediately signed up for Anderson's quartertly service (more economical than the single service) after researching several other pest control companies . We chose Anderson based upon their non toxic method (no poison used) along with their reputation and high ratings. In addition, we liked the fact that follow up visits are free and unlimited. Joe the technician was excellent! He was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He took care of the problem quickly in one visit and gave us great information regarding prevention. He did a wonderful job of alleviating my wife's fears and gave us both confidence that the issue has been completely resolved. We haven't had any reoccurance of the problem (it's been almost a month).

They came out as scheduled. They cleared the house within 24 hours. My house, at the time, had a brand new roof on it. They broke approximately 12 tiles and bent one of the hoods on my roof. I would never use them again. They did put a little money toward repairs, but I expected more from a professional service. The price was about average.

The service technitian came in. I explained the problems and showed him where we had see the mice and centipedes. He laid down several traps and explained they would come out to pick up the traps if I didn't want to. He sprayed for the centipedes. Within 24 hours we had caught 3 mice in the traps so I called them to come and replace the traps that I had thrown out. He checked the other traps and found 3 more mice. He replaced everything and scheduled an appointment to come back.

It took 3 follow-up visits, but it finally took. I didn't like that it took so many times to get it right, but in the end I'm glad it's right. I also like that they use natural remedies instead of going crazy with chemicals in or around my house.

When I spoke with a rep I was told they would use a gel in places not accessible by children or pets. When the technician arrived he said he would have to spray because the gel was for other insects not spiders. I was and still am concerned after looking up the products used on the safety of the spray althought the tech said it was safe (green). Especially since it was dripped on the floors after he would spray areas. Also, I explained to the rep I spoke to when I called that we had a window that was high and only accessible by ladder that I wanted "treated" and she (Angela) said she would put it in the notes to bring an ext. ladder. However, when the tech arrived he said he had no note of that. I also thought that he would remove webs, however he did not remove the webs in the attached garage. Overall, I am on the fence about the experience due to being concerned about the spray used as well as some of the other things mentioned above. The tech (Jeramie) was nice and courteous which helped this review not be rated lower. Not sure if I will use the company again although we are suppose to have the quarterly Natrual Choice Home service ( after looking up the active ingredients in the spray used) I'm wondering how natural it really is. Also, the price listed above is with the Angie's List coupon otherwise it is slightly more expensive.

I don't know how much they charged for their service. Their service was fine. Their price was reasonable and it was right in the line of everybody else. They were good with punctuality. I will use their services again in the future.

They were very thorough and that was the best thing about them. They were quick with their responses to me.

Ants showed up in our kitchen, nursery and bathroom in early July. They seemed to multiply overnight and we called Anderson Pest Solutions the following week. They were easy to work with on the phone and setting up the appointment was fast and simple. The technician was incredibly prompt and actually showed up a little early. He worked quickly to lay down the gel throughout the problem areas in the apartment, including the basement and outdoors. He was kind, helpful, explained what he was doing and best of all, came back out a few weeks later (which is part of their automatic service warranty) when the ants resurfaced in the main bedroom. We haven't had a problem since. I highly recommend using this service. It is absolutely worth the cost to get it done well and right.

The person I spoke to on the phnoe said that they required a plan selection and payment UP FRONT before they would even come out. I refused to proceed further.

They were great. He gave us some good advice on what we can do to help out. He suggested that we move our logs away from our home because we had an issue with ants and we plan on following that advice. We will definitely use them again

The price was reasonable. They were on time. They did what they claimed, so that was pretty good.

I found them to be a little expensive. They came out and smeared a little gel kind of thing on the windows and outside the house as well. I had to wait for a week or two before all the bugs were gone. It was not the kind of pest control I am accustomed to. The bugs resurfaced soon after they came out to do the job. They came out when I called them. They were responsive. I would not use their services in the future.

The technician, Rene Villareal, arrived promptly. He applied ant bait gel and granuals all around the entire exterior of my house. He talked to me throughout this process, explaining things I can do in the future to help prevent recurrance. He suggested that I keep all vegatation a foot from the foundation. He located (by accident), a large nest of ants in my garden about two feet from the house. The nest was under an ornamental statue. He worked quickly and efficiently. He also treated a few areas within the house, placing the biait in areas not accessible to children and pets. He emphasized that he would come back if I saw any more ants. I did see a couple of ants about a month later and he cheerfully returned and retreated the foundation and put a little more gel in the kitchen.

I called Anderson to take care of a bee's nest outside my home. They first tried to sell me on a package that costs me $108 per quarter, starting with a complete overview and filling in cracks etc. I said, let's do the overview but not the regular service. Then they offered to just take care of the bee's nest for a much higher price ($195), and they would not do a complete overview and fill in cracks unless I committed to the quarterly service. My price would also be higher if the nest was above 25 feet off the ground, which I told her from the beginning it was on the 3rd floor. I told the woman I would call another company because she made it too difficult. I got a deal from Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management Services by buying a coupon for $95 dollars on Angie's List and they are coming two days from now.

I wasn't to keen to accept the 3 quarter follow-up .... I suspect the one time extermination will be sufficient but these ants this year have been tenacious... I usually have some ants in spring or fall most years and have always been able to control them.... not this year. I'd get rid of them in one area .... and they'd show up in another... and then come back to the first area weeks later.... I decided i needed help. Anderson is highly rated on Angie's List, so I called them. They recommended the initial visit and then 3 quarterly follow ups. I hesitated, but decided on that program. The seviceman asked me where i was seeing the ants ... various spot over three floors and outdoors... and he went to work.

Really appreciated the knowledgeable, analytical, and environmentally responsible resolution to what had been an ongoing problem a nationallyknown company was unble to solve.

Arrived within projected time window, searched for ant nests, treated inside and outside. Ant and wasp problems were resolved. Offered to come back for no charge if ants reappeared.

I think they were good. I have not seen any ants around the house. I would say they were great. They came out when they said they would come and they were good. I spent around $200 on that work. They sprayed and put some powder or some gel. They did not put the gel on the entire perimeter.

They are very thorough and very good about coming back once a quarter. When we first moved into our house we had lot of insect issues. We live in an area where what’s are very large and so insects tend to be a problem. They have done a really good job of controlling the pest population without harming beneficial insets like butterflies. I don’t have a lot of interaction with them as I don’t know when they would come but I know that whenever I have an issue I can always call and they will solve the issue.

I thought the pricing was reasonable, however, the initial Angie's listing said that they offered free estimates; which is a lie. I called already about this so I don't know if it is corrected or not. They don't come out to your house unless you agree to pay for their service. I don't like that. The quality of their service was mediocre. I initially chose them because of their focus on the least toxic methodology. I was told they do a thorough search of the perimeter of your home and seal up holes that pests may be entering. I feel the technician did a poor job of that. I had to call them back a second time and point out holes and spots that I needed to be addressed, whereas I felt he should have done that.

Overall, it went well. He got rid of the bugs we called about. We were told on the phone that their representative would spend a minimum of 90 minutes at our house but he was only there for 45 minutes.

We were and continue to be extremely happy with the results. The same individual comes every time, feels very personal. Our initial problem has not resurfaced, but we've dealt both with ants and mice during the past year and both were dealt with swiftly.

The experience hasn't been good. I spent $382 but I requested a refund of half of that. I specifically requested that the pest control technician not do anything until I got there. He rang my tenant's doorbell and she let him in. He did a limited job and left. He never called me the next day to say that part of the job wasn't done and that he was going to be returning. I actually talked to the owner of the company and he said he would refund half of the fees but the whole fee came through on my checking account. I had to call them to get them to refund half of the fee as they said they would do. It was hard to see what the technician had done because I wasn't with him.
