Description of Work: We were not informed in advance that the technician would not go into an unfinished attic despite that being a critical part of the description of the problem.

Description of Work: Frank is our requested technician who is a wonderful representative for Anderson. Frank's professional attitude, politeness and thoroughness contributes to the sense of customer satisfaction. Whole house and outside treatment for all pests or rodents/mice was rendered on initial visit. Returns for ant treatment and quarterly review were promptly provided.

Description of Work: They got rid of a roach infestation at my 2-flat prior to construction.

Description of Work: I have used this company for the past three years for odorous house ants. My service technician Rene is always great! He is punctual, informative, and friendly. The service works and his demeanor is why I keep using them. He remembers me year to year and always knows exactly where to treat my problem.

Description of Work: I have Anderson come out once a quarter to prevent mice from coming into my house and ants from coming in during the summer. They always do a thorough inspection of the outside of the house and check traps set up inside the house. I have been happy with their service. They always come back in between quarterly checks if there is a problem that develops.

I have a mouse problem now and expect ants in the near future. | |Perhaps there's not much to do for mice but put out traps, but that's pretty much all the help I've gotten so far. Seems expensive for the amount of action taken, but we'll see if on average the price becomes more reasonable.

Description of Work: They came to inspect and treat for what turned out to be a type of a flying ant problem. The man sprayed the third floor and outside of the house in numerous places. He did a great job. I do not recall when he did the work. It was in the last could of years.

In August, I had a huge infestation of ants and beetles in our new home from vegetation that was in close proximity to home. In August sprayed interior and exterior of home for ants, beetles . It took approximately 10 days to get rid us of pests. Anderson came back in November as a maintenance check. I paid $100 for each visit. I was very pleased with their courteous, effective service and I would recommend them. | |

Description of Work: They came in to treat my unit for bed bugs. They examined each room for bed bug activity. Used a chemical treatment (including electric sockets) in all the rooms. The initial visit was $300 and follow-up treatment was $135 with the discount. I treatment worked well and I have not seen any bed bug activity since. There price was very reasonable versus some of the other vendors I called and the treatment worked.
