Description of Work: I had an emergency: was replacing an outdoor AC unit: the company doing the work found a wasp nest and could not proceed. I called Anderson Pest solutions who advertise for work in Naperville. You will have to answer several questions by punching numbers on your phone, then when I finally spoke with someone they said they would be unable to respond and only do so for current customers.

Description of Work: Yellow jacket nest inside house. Called and they confirmed agent to be at our house between 1pm - 5pm. NO SHOW and NO CALL. We called number and got answering service. Local office closed and would pass on message. Next day about 10:00am got call from someone out of state apologizing for issue and wanted to reschedule. What a joke. Wanted $195 up front on credit card or wouldn't come out....hmmmmmm?

Description of Work: Lots of ants. It can be a little tough to get ahold of them. I did leave one VM on Friday that wasnt returned on Monday. I called again Tuesday and was scheduled for the next day. Our tech Jessica is great! Love her. Very detailed in what she does, and how she explains it to you. Bought the 1 time plan, with 60 day guarantee. She has come out twice, and we kinda knew that would happen, so that's fine. My wife doesnt want any type of anything upstairs near the baby and cats/dogs. Would definitely recommend them, especially since they dont use any nasty chemicals.

Description of Work: The rep was on time, courteous, but hey, I could have bought a can of Raid too, and done the same thing I paid $99 for. I expected a thorough wanding of chemical to kill these ants and they belly-laughed at the try. Sorry, but this was a real sad purchase.

Description of Work: They have been working to rid our home of mice. It is still a work in progress but they were able to identify and seal several potential points of entry. Mice seem to be persistent, so we are hoping for the best.

+ -1 moreAnderson Pest Control was extremely responsive when I called them. They came right away and did a very effective job of getting rid of all of the pests. I continue to use them and I pay them a quarterly contract. They are professional and very willing to come and work.

+ -1 moreAnderson Pest Control came out on time and assessed the situation and put out the bait. It took more than a week for them to come out. I set up the appointment through my management company and I think that they put extra time into the equation. I would use them again, but only if I called them directly so that there is a quicker response without me waiting on a middle person to set it up. It was getting closer to winter and there were still evidence of a few rats so rather than go through the trouble working through the management, I got some bait from Home Depot and put it out myself and it finished the job just fine. The management office also took care of paying the bill, so I dont know how much it was and dont want to grade on the price.
Description of Work: They got rid of most of the rats setting up nests under my deck for the winter by placing bait at my townhouse.

+ -1 moreWonderfully. The technician was at our house before I even got home to meet him, and he started his inspection around the house. He found two hives we hadn't even known were there. He took care of those two, as well as the big one in the tree. He was quick and polite and told us that if we found any more bees in our yard we should call. He would come back free of charge.
Description of Work: We found a large bee hive in a tree in our backyard. The first company we called wouldn't even handle the case since it wasn't on our house, so we called Anderson Pest Solutions.

+ -1 moreI had a bees nest removed, it took two tries but did work well. They put down a few mice traps and did forget to come back. I made one reminder call and they came out. I was not happy that I gad been forgotten and made a complaint on this site. They do believe in quality with their company as I was contacted by the owner and was asked of my experience and was given a refund. They handled it very well and I have no pest.

+ -1 moreWE AGREED TO ADDING ANOTHER $95 TO SPRAY AROUND HOUSE. GUY CAME OUT AND ONLY SPRAYED AROUND HOUSE, NOT NEST. WHEN I MENTIONED THE NEST, HE DIDNT EVEN KNOW ABOUT IT. SAID TO GO IN HOUSE WHILE HE SPRAYED AND WAS GONE IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES, NEST WAS STILL THERE. THEY AGREED TO SETTLE FOR ONLY $95 FOR SPRAYING AROUND HOUSE. DIDNT SEEM CONCERNED AT ALL AND THEN TOLD US THEY DONT REMOVE NESTS. OBVIOUSLY PERSON WHO TOOK OUR CALL DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT AND DID NOT RELAY IT TO SERVICE PERSON. THIS WAS IMPORTANT DUE TO INSTALLATION OF NEW VENT THAT WAS SCHEDULED AND THEN HAD TO BE RESCHEDULED.
