Called at 7am in the morning for a busted spring on the two car garage door. They set up an appointment at 10am. Called at 9:30 to confirm the appointment. Work was very quick and the tech was polite and did the job very well and answered all my questions. I had set up the spotlights and the propane heater in the garage for him. I know he appreciated it. Just afterwards I a coupon from them that would have replaced both springs for a bit less. But i was happy with the performace and price as it was.

The technician was very prompt and professional. If anything major goes wrong with my garage door, I would not hesitate to give them a call.

They arrived and tuned-up our garage door. Experience was quick, and uneventful.

My overall experience with Mike from Innovative Garage Door was excellent. I am grateful for his help since the weather was brutal, and I was afraid to leave my car on the driveway in such inclement weather for fear I couldn't start it in the morning. I called Innovative and received a quick response from the saleswoman. I told her that I wanted a new garage door opener installed in my detached garage ASAP. No problem. They would have someone out within two days. I then told her that I wanted the top of the line opener in size and features (quiet, highest horsepower, battery back-up). She listened intently and then asked about my application (detached garage, key access, single light-weight door). She then stated that I was overpurchasing for the application. I did not need to pay for superquiet because the garage is detached. I didn't need a battery back-up if I had a key access already drilled into the door. I didn't need the highest horsepower for a single car, light weight door. All-in-all she saved me over $200.00 from overpurchasing. Arrangements were made to install two days later. I told them I would not be there. That was no problem. By the time I returned home two days later, the unit was installed, my current garage door system serviced and the old unit gone. It was like they were never there, except the garage door worked again. They also serviced the other single door. Lastly, they reprogrammed my existing keypad so that it can open each door with a separate code from outside. I didn't ask them to. I didn't even know you could program it that way. Very satisfied. I would recommend highly.

Discovered my garage door would not open. Could not even lift the door. Took advantage of an Angie's special offer to fix springs. They came in a couple days. Fixed it. Best of all there was no up selling or high pressure to upgrade door. They came in, fixed it quick & left a card in case we had any issues or ques. Excellent service.

Very well. The technician assessed the damage, and explained what he needed to do to return the door to operational condition. The OK was given, the board replaced, and he even lubricated all of the rollers and hinges to ensure smooth operation.

They were very friendly and informative on the phone, taking time to answer all of my questions. An appointment was scheduled for that same afternoon. The technician arrived on time and called when he was on his way. I felt they were honest, as the technician said that he could fix the opener, although given the age we chose to replace the unit. One day later it is working well and we'll hope it lasts a long time. Overall very satisfied.

I had 3 quotes to replace the garage door on a house just purchased. The prices for the most part were all about the same. What really stood out to me was the quality of customer service that I was provided. The day I received the quote a rep. called to tell me the estimated arrival time and the rep. who gave me the quote showed up right on time. He was courteous and explained the process and different options, along with a break down of each option I was interested in. After scheduling the install date the customer service did not falter. There was a constant line of communication and I had the garage door installed within a week.

Dan was fast, knew exactly what he was doing, made his adjustments on the springs and it was a job well done. Being an auto mechanic and trainer I know exactly what to look for when it comes down to a person performing his/her job and doing it with pride. Great job Dan. Remember, "Dan's the man".

I appreciate his honesty when he said the rollers didn't need to be replaced this year. It made me feel like they could be trusted (as opposed to making as much money off of me as possible). I was very happy with my experience, especially at the price that came with the Angie's List Big Deal. They will be among the first companies I call for a future job.

They came to fix the springs on our garage door and replace the rollers. They were very efficient, got the work done and gave us a great estimate for replacing the whole system when we are ready in the future. I would definitely use them again.

I called An Innovative Garage Door Company to schedule an appointment. The office staff was friendly and scheduled my appointment. The day before I had to reschedule due to an unexpected change to my calendar. There was no problem resceduling my tune up. The job went very well. The technician arrived on time and began working immediately. The work was performed quickly and the technician cleaned up after himself. The total job took less than 30 minutes. I would absolutely call Innovative back to service my garage door.

They arrived right on time and quickly began to work on the garage door. They were very professional and noticed that I had a cable that was wearing out along with some of the rollers. Since they were already working on the garage door they offered to replace the cable and rollers at a fraction of the original costs. I will definitely use them again.

Called for emergency service Friday night @ 5:30pm. Owner said he needed to have dinner with family but could come by right after. I said thanks for the quick service offer but enjoy your family. Scheduled and arrived as promised early the next day. Work was completed quickly and as promised.

Mike arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He inspected the garage door opener and explained what was wrong. He replaced the sensor brackets so they were more stable. Also, he oiled the door springs and tracks and explained this needed to be done annually.

Everything went fine. Technician said we needed some new parts, and he had everything he needed in his truck. Very satisfied.

Called Innovative Garage Door Co. to get a quote on garage door damage for our rental unit in Chicago. Receptionist was very nice and was happy to schedule an appointment for the next business day. The window of the appointment was very resonable (2 hours). I received a call the morning of the appointment from another provider this morning mentioning that Innovative did not cover my area. It would have been appreciative for that to be communicated up front at the time of scheduling. Also, the new company is not on Angie's List, and I have no understanding of the companies history or ability to perform the work. Overall this was not a pleasant experiance. I would have appreciated it if Innovative would have called to let me know this and inform me of the company they had referred me to so they could speak to this companies standing and reliability.
