Description of Work: Service went okay, but they didn't leave any written communication of how the visit went. I was running late and missed the serviceman, another family member helped. When I called to get info, I was given just minimal oral feedback. The garage door did run smoother after the visit.

Description of Work: Installed new garage springs. I called them and asked for the highest quality most uses rated springs. They had them in stock, more pricey but you get what you pay for. called few weeks later with a concern and office was professional and same tech came out and was very professional and ansewered all my concerns. Good work from them.

Description of Work: Came right out. Gave us an honest price and explained the different options. Called to schedule us the next day and came out a week later. The day of the job they let us know when they would be arriving and how long the job would take. Voila! New garage door, no debris left lying around.

Description of Work: They replaced the bottom weather seal on my garage door. Since the company that made my garage door went out of business, it was difficult to find a seal that fit. Innovated had a seal on their truck that worked. I was very much pleased with their service.

Description of Work: Innovative allowed me to custom order exactly what we wanted. We went with a high-end door from Hormann (A German company, but made here in Monntgomery IL). The installation went without any problems. The installers were right on schedule and even cleaned up my wiring messs for the dooor-opener. I recommend this company to everyone.

Mike replaced the cable and even lubed the door and replaced the opposite cable that was not yet broken. His arrival was about 2 hours after promised, but this was due to weather and December is the busy time of the year for garage door repair. He was very courteous and professional - I would highly recommend him for garage door repair.

Mike is punctual and very patient. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Description of Work: My garage door did not work over the weekend so I called An Innovative Garage Door Inc. on Monday morning at around 9:30 to get a quote on replacing two tension springs. Mike, the owner, said he would come out at around 11:45 AM to do the job. He arrived on time and replaced the two tension springs. Since my garage door was from the 1950s, it took Mike longer than usual to replace my tension springs. Even though it took longer than usual, Mike was very patient and he took his time to do the job right. Not only did he do the job right, but he actually fixed a few other "minor" flaws in my garage door at no charge.

It went quite well, Mike did a great job. He explained to me that he replaces and upgrades all the hardware from the factory door hardware (to a much higher grade) to ensure the door will work properly for many years and there won't be any problems. Very impressive.
