Hard to find this type of work nowadays...better than expected in every aspect. Will call again for any garage door problems.

Terrible. Wasted my time, very poor customer service.

We were happy with Innovative Garage Door Co and would hire them again. The trolley on our opener broke so they ordered a new part from the manufacturer (it's an off-brand, so they did not have the part in stock). While waiting for the trolley to come in, a spring broke so they fixed that as well on their return visit. The technician and receptionist were friendly, price was reasonable, and the service was good.

Better than expected, on time, made it seem too easy!

They were great and very responsive. I would recommend them highly. I had another company come out prior and they recommended many more repairs that were "critically needed". their words and were very high pressure and expensive. Innovative Garage door only recomended what was needed and their prices were very resonable.

Overall, it went smoothly. Dan was punctual and efficient.

He was fast. He oiled and tightened down everything. He caught some stuff that other companies missed. Overall, he did a great job and I was able to get to work the next day because of him.

Simple fix that he was able to accomplish with minimal time. Would recommend.

My garage door broke on a Sunday...my husband needed to go to work that day and I needed to go to work the next day. These guys answer their phone and have somebody there within an hour! It was incredible. The service technician gave me some maintenance tips and the work was done promptly. I'll be singing their praise for years to come.

Innovative came out and looked at my damaged garge door. They told me it could be repaired, but due to the type of damage and extent, the repair would last 2-3 years top and would require a new door. I asked for a quote for a new door as well. Their quote was competitive and they complete the work in the next couple of days. We went ahead and got a whole new door installed. The installation was perfect. The crew was very nice and timely and the new door looks great. I am glad we took the money that would have gone toward repairing our old door and put to a brand new door. I liked having the option of either, but very happy with the new door. Innovative did a great job and made the expereince good.

Technician arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. The technician offered good advice for future maintenance and did a great job. Will only call this garage door service company in the future.

Our garage door was not functioning. A couple of companies were unable to come the same day. Innovative came and made the necessary repairs. Service provider was professional, friendly, and he explained everything that he was doing. We would absolutely use them again.

This was not an emergency, since the opener still worked to open and close the door.So having Innovative come out on the following business day was fine.They replace both springs while I was at work. I definitely recommend them.

My garage door got stuck 2/3 of the way down this evening due to a cable that had slipped from the pulley, and was also shredded. I went to Angie's List, expecting to have to wait several days for repairs. I found An Innovative Garage Door Company's listing, and was surprised to see that they had hours on Saturdays until 11:30 p.m. I was very pleased to see all the wonderful, positive comments about this business. I called at 7:30 p.m. and left a message. Mike, the owner, returned my call less than 20 minutes later, and was more than happy to come out immediately to do the repairs. He told me he would be here in about an hour. and he arrived promptly as he said he would. It took only about 40 minutes to complete all the work, and the garage door works better than it had since the day I moved in here. Mike could have easily sold me a new door, but he didn't try to. He explained that doors as old as mine usually were in such poor condition that they needed to be replaced, but he felt mine was pretty sound, and I didn't really need to replace it. I appreciate his honesty, as well as his professionalism. Thanks, Mike, for saving the day!

I called when one of the springs on my garage door broke and the lady who answered the phone, Margie, was very helpful and arranged an appointment to fit my schedule, since it wasn't an emergency. I received a 2 hr. appt. window and a call to let me know that the repair technician was on his way. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. I also mentioned that the light fixture on my garage door opener hadn't been working and he took a look, unscrewed and rescrewed the bulb back in ( I swear I'd already tried that numerous times!) and it worked. Not only did he do the necessary repairs to replace my garage door springs but he also got my door opener light to work, without making me feel stupid that all he had to do was rescrew it in (again, I really did already try that)! I'm convinced that he must have just had the magic touch. I'd definitely call this company for garage door repairs again!

Price compared to other companies on Angie's list and these guys were cheaper by about $10 for the replacement of 2 springs, however, Innovative Garage Doors was willing to throw in some extras (yeah!!!). I spoke to Mike on the phone when I was creating the appointment to get my garage springs replaced (one snapped). He was really helpful and down to earth and offered to throw in new end berrings and caps, and oil and lube. The repair guy Andy replaced both springs, oiled and lubed the stuff and also installed a berring that was missing for some reason -he did this at no charge, which was really kind of him. Very professional, and well worth the money!

We have been putting this project off for some time because of our busy schedules. If I had known how easy it was going to be, I never would have waited so long! I called Innovative Garage Door on Friday, and Mike came out for the estimate right on time the next morning. He listened to what we wanted, explained everything that was involved and helped us sort through our choices. We were so impressed we signed a contract on the spot and he came back the same afternoon to install everything. They tore down the old door and all the hardware, and installed the new one, including the opener, sensors, key pad, etc in just a few hours. We ended up with a nicer door than we had planned on, and still came in under budget. We couldn't be any happier! They did a great job, there were no problems or any surprises with pricing, and the door looks fantastic!

I called on Saturday afternoon..garage door was stuck due to a broken cable. Andy arrived promptly within 2 hours and replaced the the rusty cable and fixtures.I was so impressed, I had him replace the cable on my second garage door as preventive maintenance! Great work...reasonably priced.

My garage door started sticking. It would close halfway and then open up. Never going all the way down. I called a bunch of other providers. Most of whom didn't answer. Mike called me right back and came out quickly. 135dollars later both garage doors were tuned up and working great. Superb pricing on a Sunday, and great service. Definitely recommend and will use again.

pairThe door fell off the track about 9 AM. Andy was out to the house shortly after 10AM. He repaired / replaced the worn springs & track. He explained everything he did and why he needed to do it. The door was working properly by a little after noon. Can't ask for a better outcome.

I called at 7:45, was promised an arrival time of between 9 and 10, and he was there right at 10 . He fixed it in 30 minutes. Price above was after discounts.

I liked the way he approached the business. When he came to the house, he brought several brochures. He was not a pushy seller. He did not try to get us to buy the most expensive door, but recommended a door that would match our house. He was efficient and kept to the quote he gave us originally. They are an honest company. When I was first having issues with the garage door going up and down. He came out and greased the door. He also recommended that we consider replacing the door. That was 6 months before the door was replaced. He never called again to push a sale. I felt comfortable with them in my home doing the work. I was actually not home when they installed it. I never had any worries or concerns about them being there. I thought the price was good. They quality of work was good. Everything that he said was correct. They also cleaned up after themselves. We didn't even know they were there! They placed the garage door opener where we could find them. They came back that Friday evening and showed us how to work everything that involved the door.

I needed a new garage door opener to replace the 20-year old model that had just died of old age. I spoke with a very friendly and cheerful lady on the phone to make an appointment. She told me that she would call to let me know when the technician was on the way, which she did. He appeared promptly during the scheduled window. He suggested a standard model that he said would fit my needs very well. Great service, very easy and friendly people to work with. Would use them again.

I broke the garage door at 7pm and by 8.15 pm that same evening they were at my house, after I had made a search on Angie's List. Although the person answering the phone sounded less than thrilled to have my call shortly before 7.30pm, once I explained the issue and the fact that I picked them off Angie's List, he said he would have their service man call me back. I expected that they would not be able to come until the next day but in fact they said they would come within the next hour, which I was thrilled about as I couldn't shut the garage door and it would have been open all night. Andy was efficient and polite. I loved that the first thing he asked was whether anyone was hurt. Huge plus to him for that. (We were all fine). Also that he told me that people do this all the time and make a much worse mess of their doors. He explained what he was doing, asked me to get blankets to cover the cars in the garage in case he dropped anything on them and then just got on with it. He asked if he could put their sticker on the inside of the door in case we need a call out again. Absolutely. I wouldn't hesitate.
