Description of Work: He was great, fast, checked everything over. Tightened somethings that needed to tightened, wiped some things off, straightened somethings. Adjusted some screws, said they were too close and caused the garage not to operate correctly. He oiled all around the door and it sounded so much better. He even got the garage door to open from my car rear view mirror opener to work. ( It comes on newer cars) It is so nice for the garage door to actually work. And when I asked questions he answered everything i wanted to know.

Description of Work: Service provider arrived on time. Called in advance. Repaired, explained issue and why garage door could not lift open with opener all for $44. FAIR, HONEST and EXCELLENT WORK....no trouble with garage door these past two winter months. He could of told me anything that day and made more money but he fixed the problem in 30 minutes for $44 coupon price. Yes, I will have him back in the Soring for routine maintenanace as he suggested.

Mike came over in the AM, fixed the problem and I was very happy it was taken care of, plus he tightened a few things and looked the situation over. Description of Work: Our home is approximately 25 years old. We have a 2 car attached garage with the original garage door that had a few minor repairs over the years. One Sunday morning the garage door would only open partially. One of the springs had broken which prevented the door from opening & closing. We thought it might be a good time & opportunity to replace the original door. I consulted Angie's List for companies that offered this type of service. We were impressed with the reviews given to Innovative Garage Door Company and decided to give them a call on Monday. They sent someone out to inspect our door on Monday and they temporarily repaired our existing door. They also reviewed a variety of replacement choices with my wife and that night we decided upon a replacement door. Innovative charged us a modest fee ($139.00) for the temporary repair and service call and said they would apply the fee as a discount to the cost of purchasing & installing a new garage door which they did. Innovative told us it would take about 2 weeks for them to order and pick up the door. They were right on target. We agreed on an istallation date about a day or two later and they were on time once again. The removal of the old door and installation of the new one took approximately 3 hours. They also removed all the materials from the old door. The new door looks great and is also a lot quieter than our original door. Although my only contact with the company was over the phone which was pleasant & professional, my wife was also impressed with the consientiousness and and craftmanship of both the repair and installation teams. I'd definitely give them a strong recommendation to any homeowner considering a similar home improvement.

Description of Work: Pizza delivery man ran into our garage door thursday at 830pm. I called this company and spoke to a man who asked if I wanted him to come out right away, I said tomorrow would be fine. By 830am I had an estimate in hand. They are true professionals who know the value of a satisfied customer.

Description of Work: The automatic garage door opener had closed (by itself) as I was backing into the garage. It hit the car and two of the door rollers jumped the track. I was also having trouble with the garage door remotes working. I called Innovative on Friday and they were here on Saturday afternoon. The technician pt the rollers back on track and replaced the receiver. The technician was on time,professional ,courteous and thorough The price for the work was more that fair. I would not hesitate using Innovative again.

Description of Work: A cable had slipped of a groove on the pulley resulting in erratic and noisy door operation plus my remote wasn't working. The serviceman fixed the problems plus adjusting and lubricating the proper parts within an hour. Serviceman was well qualified and efficient. Very good experience.
