Description of Work: This happened quite a while back, so my memory is not sharp. I got a quote from these folks for repair work -- replacing fascia and related work -- on my garage. I wanted a breakdown of the charges that Glenn Stevens was unable or unwilling to give me, so I did not proceed with him.

Description of Work: I purchase the big deal for this company. I had some trouble making contact, but eventually was able to reach someone. We scheduled an appointment for service. I took off work to be at home. They never showed. Never called. I tried a few times to reach them to reschedule. Never could. Complete waste of money. The date of service indicated in my review is not correct; the system would not allow me to enter "no show".

Description of Work: He repaired some drywall in our family room and painted. I had a couple of areas that I think could have been done better. I know I am kind of picky. The fellow helping him with the painting took the face plate off my light switches and he fried my timer.

Description of Work: I hired Glenn to find the source of water coming into an unfinished basement laundry room and to repair the drywall and make the room more attractive/saleable. Glenn identified a number of exterior problems - tuckpointing, gutters etc that were contributing the the water in the basement and repaired them. He also dealt with some additional complications -- principally related to the floor and what was under it - that came up in the repair process. Glenn was reliable, professional and helpful, his prices were fair and he was good about documenting and getting my approval for change orders before proceeding. He kept me very well informed as to timing and cost. The laundry room now looks great...i'm very pleased with the quality of the work. I would definitely call Glenn again.
