It was no more than 20 minutes between the end of my voicemail and the minute Paul pulled into our parking lot. Paul is a true pro. Polite and professional through and through, he didn't even complain when we told him that we weren't able to let him see the vault combination (obviously unorthodox, but hey, we are still the Army.) Instead of being insulted, he found a very creative way to put our combination holder's mind at ease without a word of complaint or protest, and even took some extra time at the end to provide us some maintenance tips to avoid requiring his late night services again."

They are very rude and don't care anything about someone making a report against them. One of the old men driving a maroon truck from their store tried to hit my vehicle because he blew through a stop sing. Before blowing through the stop sing he was driving like he was drunk, swerving all over the place. When I called to report him I was told they would handle it. When I asked for the old mans name Kathy got on the phone and said, "Mind my own F***ing business. We don't have to tell you sh**", and then she hung up on me. Sounds like to me the whole lot of them need to give up the drinking and close their doors."
