+ -1 moreMy husband has done business with them in the past and he's always had good things to say about their work but their customer service sucks. They are very rude and don't care anything about someone making a report against them. One of the old men driving a maroon truck from their store tried to hit my vehicle because he blew through a stop sing. Before blowing through the stop sing he was driving like he was drunk, swerving all over the place. When I called to report him I was told they would handle it. When I asked for the old mans name Kathy got on the phone and said, "Mind my own F***ing business. We don't have to tell you sh**", and then she hung up on me. Sounds like to me the whole lot of them need to give up the drinking and close their doors.

+ -1 moreHe was prompt, was here in 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable and he went the extra mile for me. It is refreshing to have someone that is nice and gets there on time, and does extra for you.
Description of Work: He took the lock out which had been installed incorrectly. Reinstalled the lock properly. Then at my front door, I had a deadbolt lock, he put a lubricant on it and fixed it so that it would not stick in the future.
