Professional and courteous, I was working from home and didn't even know they were here.

I felt the roofing job went very well. I have a very steep roof. The work was performed as described in the contract. The work crew was very productive working in the rain, one day, for about an hour to get things buttoned up so rain would not enter the house. I was impressed with the quality of their work. Especially for the way they meticulously placed ice and water shield in the valleys of the roof and under the tins along the roof walls and chimney. The cleanup was very good but not perfect because I found a handful of nails around the house after the work was completed. The work was performed at the time it was scheduled without delay. It has been a year since the roof was installed and I have had no problems with it.

They were one of 3 bids, and we ended up going with a local roofer. They got back to me with a bid. There was no reason why we didn't use them or wouldn't go with them in future, we just got local reviews about another company and went with them. They were good about calling back. I never met them face to face, but they were professional over the phone. It took them about 2 weeks to get back to me, but they are busy.

Hogan Roofing did a great job on my roof. They were able to work around my schedule ( I travel often for work) so that I could be home when the work was being done. It only took one day for a tear-off and new roof, they cleaned up beautifully and all the workers were professional and helpful if I had questions. I would recommend them and use them again. By the way, one year later and no leaks or any problems!

We had developed some leaks after they did the job and it was a nightmare to come and take care of it, as their warranty said they would do.

This company came out when they were going to come out, and seemed very professional and responsive. I have no complaints about this company.

They did a great job and had a reasonable price. They were very prompt. We had a new addition and they came out quickly to get it roofed before it rained.

When I phoned for an estimate, the receptionist said they would send someone out to examine the job, and they would send an estimate. After two weeks I hadn't heard anything, so I called again. The receptionist said she had to pull the paperwork and would call me back. This was at 11:00 am. By the end of the day I had received no response.

I asked for a quote from this company and they came a week later to see the roof. Since this was during the Hurricane rains, I could believe that they were very busy. A week later I had to call to request my proposal, as it still hadn't arrived in the mail. Several days later I received a very thorough proposal. However, I asked for two separate proposals. One, to replace the whole roof, and two, to only fix the two spots that were leaking. The proposal I received was to replace the whole roof. I called and asked the gentleman to send me a second proposal for the two leaking areas. He said he'd have to get back to me. Two days later, I had heard nothing. I called and left a message stating that we were ready to make a decision and would like to take their proposal into consideration. A week later I called the secretary, who was very courteous, and very professional. She apologized. Said that the report stated that I only wanted the one proposal. Fine, I'll just call it a miscommunication. But... she promised to have the man call me back. Again, I never heard from him. My husband presumes that they just didn't want the job. However, if this was truly the case, I would have appreciated hearing that they didn't want the job straight out, rather than get this kind of run around. Now, when it comes time to redo the whole roof, I will not call this company.

They did a really good job. They were very punctual. There was another competitor that we got a bid from that wanted to replace every single board on the roof. This company said that they would wait and see what had to be replaced as they went, so the job didn't turn out to be quite so extensive or expensive. They were very good about cleaning up everything.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Work done was wonderful, quick, neat and in one day. I went to work, came home, and except for the fact that there was a new roof, would not even know anyone was there. The estimate was same as final cost and from other estimates I received was quite low. The crew headed by Juan Gomez was extremely competent. I never had a worry.
