Description of Work: They cleaned all of the carpet in my town home, LR-DR, office, stairs, loft, 2 bedrooms and walk in closets. Additionally, I asked them to clean the love seat in my loft. The only issue I had, this may have to do to with the material, the cleaning marks never went away. The couch material was synthetic and it was cleaned without solvents. Perhaps too much water was used??? Otherwise all went as planned. They were courteous, organized, efficient and even helped me move a couple of items.
