We had a great experience.He was punctual and it did not take as long as he thought it would. The carpets looked great when he was done.

This is the second time we have used Denali. We found them on Angie's List. In both cases, the work was performed to our satisfaction. The technician took the extra time to eliminate pet stains from visiting pooches. We highly recommend them.

Spoke to Kyle, the owner who was very nice.He gave ma an estimate for the work I wanted done, and added in a little more area to be cleaned, so his estimate would not be lower the technicinas estimate after measuring. Steve came out the followinf Friday, he called ahead to see if he could come an hour later,as he was at a job that was bigger than expected. He said he would be there at 2:30, and he arrived exactly at 2:30.I had him give me a price for the carpet cleaning and the scotch guard and for cleaning the love seat and sofa as well. The price was reasonable, so I had him do it all. He was very polite and thorough.I had a few spots in the didng room from our dog, and he removed them and deodorized the area. The carpet looks great and so does the furniture. I have used other places in the past and paid a lot more for less than great results.I would reccomend this company for your cleaning needs.

Ben from Denali called ahead before arriving was very friendly and professional. He did a great job, moved furniture and placed coasters under the furniture.

They were very good. We liked the quality and the fact that they didn't leave it soggy at all. They were clean. The price was fair. They were professional.

We had a small amount of water on our basement carpet from recent heavy storms. We also needed our main floor carpet cleaned because of pet stains. The extraction with solution treatment to ensure no mold growth was great. The staff member was professional and efficient. Drying time for carpets was as quoted. A great overall job.

They are very popular. I called them and they came out within a reasonable amount of time. They were in and out in about 20 minutes. I just had to pay them their minimum amount as I did not have much carpets. They did a good job and seemed to know what they were talking about as far as stains were concerned. There were a lot of pet stains in my carpets. They told me what not to use. They said that using bleach would only turn the carpets yellow, and that I should not use it. They said that I could call them immediately if I saw stains again. They were pretty knowledgeable about their work. My experience with them was just fine. I would definitely use them again.

Over all they did a good job. They arrived on time and were courteousand got the stains out. I'd hire them again except it took 3 days for my carpeting to dry completely.

Contacted and provided a rough estimate over the phone. Called some other places and decided to go with Denali based on professionalism and friendliness. Called them back at 6:30 pm on a Friday and they answered the phone and set appointment. Cleaning went great, they were punctual and professional.

They did an excellent job. They got pet odors out my carpet that I couldn't get out. They got the job done quickly. They were very reasonable on their price. I have used them for two years now and haven't had any problems.

Considering the age of the carpeting and tiles and lack of frequent professional cleaning, Denali did an excellent job.

Single gentleman showed up about 10 minutes early, walked and measured the area. He gave an updated quote from the estimate I received on the phone. It was very reasonable. We had already moved everything so he just could clean. It took about an hour and was cleaned with odor removal for previous pet accidents. He was very congenial and respectful, did his work and cleanly left after I looked around and saw it was nicely done. We were not unhappy with our usual carpet cleaner, but this is a truck mount operation and I feel does a much better steam clean job. Also got a 15% discount for first time customers. We would use them again.

This company was very conscientious about not damaging my wood floors and even wrapped my banisters to protect them while they were cleaning. They were able to identify and remove the stains on the carpet. Another thing I liked was that they don't use harsh chemicals when they are cleaning.

The worker was poor. I wanted the furniture moved and he wouldn't do that. He said that he probably couldn't get the carpet very clean - and, indeed, he didn't. The final cost came in under the estimate - but it was expected since the estimate was for the entire square footage with moving the furniture and he just did high traffic areas.
