They were great. They gave us a lot of information and some ideas, it was just a little more expensive than we wanted with the rebate that we got. They were very informative, and they were welcome to go with them in each room, while they explained it to you. They were on time, and in and out in less than an hour, and that was great.

Everything went as planned.

It went pretty well. They were on time and very professional. I'm looking forward to seeing the Energy Inspection report they will provide and the cost of the improvements.

Anthony and his crew were very professional. They worked hard to get the whole job done in one day. They also cleaned up after themselves. While they missed caulking a couple of doors, one of the team came back a couple days later to take care of that. Our house is definitely warmer and better insulated now.

Initial contact was through Angie's List "message." I had a few questions and Anthony answered them thoroughly and promptly. The day of the audit was informative and far from a sales pitch. Anthony walked me through my home, explaining what would be done during the audit. He clearly has experience doing his job because he predicted where some of the points of concern would be. (not the obvious that I would have thought) He explained what the blower system was doing and then we did a walk through with the infrared system. He followed up within the week with a quote of suggested improvements that included the credit from my gas company. Anthony adjusted his schedule to accommodate numerous workers I had at the house. He came in with his crew and worked efficiently. It was nice to have every worker on the job knowledgable about the task and able to answer any question that I had. Anthony walked through one last time explaining what was done. He even showed me a simple task that would be more cost effective if I did it myself. Overall, this company was professional, efficient along with reasonable. I would definitely recommend Anthony and his team if you are looking to improve your homes insulation.

I bought a Big Deal for insulation which covered the assessment and $350 towards the job. The assessment was very thorough and informative. I recently purchased my 1800 sq ft split-level home (3 months ago) and inspection revealed only 2 inches of insulation (14 inches is recommended). I felt that my house was very drafty and Tony and his team walked me through different assessments to see exactly what was happening in my home. The day of installing was quite the production with several different crews of guys doing the various jobs. Tony was there for most of the job. All of the guys were prompt, polite, professional and even cleaned up after themselves. My home has definitely felt more temperature-regulated and that has been great especially with this recent cold spell. I can't speak to the money saving aspect yet (will need to wait to get my next gas bill) but I feel confident that it will save money. I highly recommend them!

It was fine, they were good and everything. I didn't follow-up with them and I just did the energy audit. Some things changed with the plans for the house and so the follow-up didn't make any sense. The quality seems good, all I did was buy the coupon and they did the blower test which is pretty hard to judge. They were nice, professional but all they did was a blower test. They showed up on time and I got some useful information.

In their initial visit they tested the house for leaks and inspected the attic for existing insulation. They explained what we needed, and we agreed to go ahead. In their next visit they did all as promised. They were prompt, professional, and thorough.

I was very impressed with the Building Energy Experts (BEE) and would recommend them to others without hesitation. He arrived promptly as scheduled and was very knowledgeable about home construction/insulation requirements. He promptly provided a quote for the recommended work, which I accepted and scheduled. The BEE team arrived on time and were meticulous in sealing all of the electrical boxes in the attic. They also covered the numerous can lights with appropriate insulation which was a major source of air leakage. Then they installed cellulose insulation into my attic to bring the R-value up significantly. They vacuumed up and left the attic access areas cleaner than when they arrived. They spent a full day working diligently to complete this job. The team was professional and courteous. ||The price was very fair for the work/time involved and Anthony took the lead on processing the rebate from my gas provider. I was very impressed with Anthony and his team throughout the entire process and I would definitely recommend Building Energy Experts to my closest friends and neighbors.

I think that it turned out very well. Two men came out for the inspection and they arrived on time. They were very nice and professional.

provided an intensive evaluation of energy efficiency of my home. they walked me through my home, w/thermal imaging and pictures showed were my heat lost was occuring. promptly post evaluation sent a detailed e-mail on suggested improvements. included w/the proposal was a percentage of enery savings. information i can use to decide if the savings was worth the improvements.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I haven't made a decision on their proposal. They were very polite and they took their time showing me everything. They showed me on the infrared camera but they didn't really take notes on where. They just gave me the general analysis so they could have been more specific in the report to me so I knew where to do things if I didn't have them come back and do it. I might use them again.

They did an inspection and we felt obligated to do the work with them. They told me it would additional $600 to complete the work. The work was done in the attic and there is really no way for me to know for sure about the quality. I have sold the house since the work was completed. They did provide me with a report after the work was done which I did appreciate, but we still felt like we paid a lot.

I had an appointment and he came out to the house when I wasn't there. We were going to reschedule it, but he let me know there wouldn't be a refund because he came to the appointment.

Anthony is an easy guy to work with and we felt comfortable with him and his team in our home. He explained things very well, answered a ton of questions, helped us understand our options and made solid recommedations. We had a more difficult than typical situation given three separate attic sections that needed to be addressed. They did the work while we were out of town to minimize disruption. They cleaned up fairly well after themsleves, still pretty dusty everywhere when we got back, but I could tell they'd made an effort to contain it. One big mistake was not closing the garbage bags of insulation they left behind, so there was insulation blown all over our yard and garden when we returned. They also didn't turn the main switch of our A/C back on, so we got back to a really hot house and couldn't figure out the problem for a couple hours. All that said, the work they did has been very effective in balancing out the temperature difference between our upstairs and downstairs. Energy savings is still TBD, but its made a huge difference in the live-ability of our home. We are still waiting on the energy-star certification that is supposed to come 6 weeks after the job is completed, but I'm assuming there's a backlog due to everyone trying to meet the August deadline, so will give it a couple more weeks and then follow up.

Provider did an energy audit. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He is going to do the insulation work in a few weeks and I will report back on that later.

He came out and he did the energy assessment. We were required to get the insulation if we went ahead with the installation. I thought they would be able to just do the amount included but that was not the case. They were very nice and they answered all of my questions. They contacted within the 48 hours and we set a time. They ended up coming earlier at my request and everything was pleasant. You have to purchase a complete insulation package in order to get any insulation work and you should know that you are only paying for the assessment and the credit towards the insulation with the Big Deal. They gave valuable information and I was able to make a decision on whether or not to have the work done. He looked at the whole house. They garage, attic, and the basement were what they gave reports on. They determined the attic would only benefit from having the insulation service.

Anthony Stonis is primary contact; he was always cordial, friendly and easy to work with. He responded quickly to requests and questions via email. Work was scheduled within 2 weeks of proposal acceptance. All work was completed in 1 day. Anthony and a crew of 3 men arrived on time. The workers were polite and respectful of our home. They provided drop cloths to protect the floors. We were cautioned to open windows until the spray foam fumes dissipated. As far as possible for a lay person to determine this work was performed per proposal. We did not secure other estimates, so cannot comment on pricing except to say that it seemed reasonable for all the time and materials. All debris was removed by the crew and they vacuumed the floors before they left. The true test of the insulation will be determined in January and February if we are more comfortable and the utility bills are lower. Anthony provided three pictures of the completed working showing the attic insulation. We plan to contact him next year for an estimate to replace windows.

They did provide value because they found a gas leak in my basement that I was unaware of. That is worth by itself. I do not think I would have another one for the rest of the stuff, but it was good to have them out because I never had that service before. They were professional. It was a good price.

The crew was here on time and were very cordial and polite. Fortunately, there were no surprises, so they job went extremely well. Also, the crew did a very good job of cleaning up.

Anthony was very nice, prompt, clean, and efficient in his work. Unfortunately, I was not able to move forward with this particular project as other more pressing issues arose.

It is doing okay. It worked out for us. Their service is actually coming tomorrow. I guess that I am completed. They worked out fine. They were timely and informative.

Quick to respond upon seeing we had bought their special deal -- the company contacted us to schedule an appointment. They arrived on time and explained what they were going to do and when we would receive their report. My husband asked questions while they were doing their review. All of his questions were answered. The two-person team was professional from arrival to departure. The review took approximately 1-hour for a one-story home of about 2,800 sq. ft. I am giving a "C" instead of an "A" for two reasons, as follows: Firstly, the report says our home is "two-stories." We have a ranch home. Secondly, avoidable tedious cleaning was required after they left. To explain, part of their review required the home be sealed -- all windows, doors shut and chimney flue. The home is put in a condition akin to a vacuum. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that at the end of the test, when the home returned to normal, whatever could be airborne from the fire place would become so. After they left, I noticed black ash in every inch of our 20' x 30' family room with ash the heaviest at the fireplace. After 2-hours of elbow grease I got it off of our white leather sectional and mohair chair and loveseat. Two more hours made the space usable, not clean. The following day our cleaning service asked, "what the heck happened?" I am not happy. A plastic garbage bag taped over the front of the fireplace would have, likely, avoided the mess. Had the need to clean been avoided, I'd have given an "A" evaluation and simply contacted them to determine if the "two stories" in the report was a typo? At this point, I'm not sure if I will follow up to implement recommendations out of concern that oversight might create major cleanup.
