Excellent job. I'm so happy with our new roof. The crew did an excellent job, completed it in one day, and finished early. Cody Benjamin, one of the brothers, was very professional, kept in constant contact throughout the project, and handled all the permit paperwork for the village. Thank you so much for your hard work and efficiency!

Made an appointment to come see what needed to be done. Showed up on time, discussed work needed. Said he would get back to us the next day, never heard from him again. No answer to calls or text.

Inspected and made some small repairs on my roof. No work was needed on my roof beyond what he did that day. He gave me an estimate of the life left on my roof etc, what the current cost to replace my roof would be so I could plan ahead. Excellent informative interaction.

Roofing does not get any better than Benjamin Brothers. The crew was polite, conscientious, professional, and expert. My roof is much improved over prior roofing jobs. The clean up was immaculate. They were so good at what they do, I sent them to do my daughters roof and that is the best recommendation I can make.

Cody responded to my inquiry regarding the replacement of our roof within 1 hour. He called and texted me with information and to let me know when he could come to our new home for a quote. He arrived the day he said he would, was extremely professional and we hired him on the spot. He said he was about 2 weeks out and couldn't give us an exact date yet. About a week later he told me he'd requested the Lisle building permit and they would start later that week or Monday the following week. He let me know later that week that they would be out Monday. They arrived at 7:00 AM Monday, worked very hard the entire day and were finished at 9:00 PM that evening. They took the nail finder all around the yard and found all of them (as far as I know). Cody called to make sure everything went well and he also called the dumpster company 3 times on Tuesday to make sure they were going to haul it away the same day. I would absolutely recommend Benjamin Brothers to friends and family!

Everything went very smoothly. I called Cody and he emailed me a price to replace my roof the next day. His estimate was the most complete, included good materials, good warranties, and was the cheapest price so my husband & I setup an appt to meet with him a few days later to pick out the shingle color and sign the contract. Two weeks later the roofing crew replaced my entire roof in 1 day! It looks great and they did a great job cleaning up. I have already recommended them to my friends and coworkers!

I called Cody and he emailed me an estimate the next morning. I waited to get 2 others and Cody was cheaper and was quoting the same material as the others along with a 10 year workmanship warranty. The crew started 2 weeks later and replaced my entire roof in 1 day and it looks great!

I had neighbors who replaced their roofs, etc due to hail in 2014 and they gave me Cody's # because he helped them out. He inspected my roof and siding and let me know that I definitely had hail damage worthy of an insurance claim. I called and filed a claim and he met with my adjuster to point out the damage. The adjuster mailed me an estimate and I gave it to Cody and he found a few things that were left off so he got the insurance to pay more. I then signed a contract with Cody to have the work done for what the insurance was paying. The crew started 2 weeks later and my husband and I couldn't be happier. Both of the roofing and siding crews were very nice, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. The roof was replaced in 1 day and the siding was replaced in 3! I have already recommended them to my sister and a coworker!

Cody and the entire Benjamin team were professional from start to finish and performed quality work! Everything was ahead of schedule and on budget. They were excellent with their communication and took the time to understand my needs. Highly rated!!

I highly recommend Benjamin Brothers. At first we were only going to replace our roof but Cody gave us such a good price on it that I was curios what they could do on our siding--Cody gave me a discount for doing them together at the same time so we decided to do them both! My house looks so much better now than it did. Great job!

NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. CODY WAS NICE, PUNCTUAL, & KNOWLEDGABLE. HIS PRICE WAS BETTER THAN THE OTHER 2 QUOTES BUT THAT DIDN'T MEAN I GOT LESS--HE INSTALLED THE SAME MATERIAL THAT THE OTHER 2 CONTRACTORS QUOTED AND WARRANTIED THEIR WORK FOR LONGER THAN THE OTHER CONTRACTORS. THE CREW WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF & FINISHED THE ROOF ON THE 1ST DAY AND THE SIDING ON THE 2ND DAY AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

Cody made everything a lot easier than I expected it would be because I have heard horror stories from coworkers about their experiences hiring contractors. I called and Cody answered and asked me some questions about my roof. He then emailed me an estimate the next morning. A week later after finally getting estimates from 2 other contractors, I decided I liked Cody's estimate the best because he had the lowest price, he was offering the same material brand, and had a better workmanship warranty. Therefore, I scheduled an appointment to meet with him to pick out the shingle color I wanted and signed the contract. 2 weeks later his crew replaced my roof in 1 day and I could not be happier!--I have already referred them to 2 of my neighbors and 1 of my coworkers

Very fast! They had to postpone the start date a couple of days because of rain but when they finally got a good day they arrived at 7am and started removing my old roof. The dumpster arrived around 7:30am and the material arrived around 8am. They had my entire roof torn off and in the dumpster by 9:30am and then they started installing my new shingles. They took a long lunch break and still finished installing my entire new roof a little after 3pm and they had everything cleaned up and they were gone by 4pm! I will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They completely re-did the outside of our home and it looks great! Cody was very knowledgable and showed us different options to work with our budget. His crew worked their tails off, they were very nice, our house looks great, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Great job!

Everything went great. They replaced my roof in 1 day, my siding in 3 days, and then my gutters and downspouts a day after all of that was finished--Super fast and looks great! We will definitely pass along Benjamin Brothers' info if we hear of anyone looking to replace their roofing, siding, or gutters.

I highly recommend using Benjamin Brothers for any roofing, siding etc. work done. Cody was extremely friendly and professional. It can be hard to find reliable and knowledgable professionals to work with, and these guys not only were extremely reasonably priced, but their services were far better than other companies used in the past. They were on time and finished early which is a huge plus when it comes to any construction project. They replaced our roofing, skylights and gutters. I plan to use them in the future.

I rarely write reviews (if ever), but when you receive such a high quality of work, prompt and competent crews, and overwhelmingly positive customer service - I feel as though I owe it to my fellow homeowners to do so... I spent hours (leading to days) researching roofing companies before a friend recommended that I call this "AMAZING roofing company" that she had used to repair hail and wind damage after a recent storm. Amazing was an understatement! These guys provided the best service, knowledge, honesty, on time work/delivery, worked with my budget without compromising any quality. We got multiple estimates from different roofers we were referred to, but we decided to go with Cody and Matt because they were extremely knowledgeable, the price was definitely fair, and they were straight-up and honest from the start. They also kept us involved throughout the process and were beyond excellent at communicating. You can tell that they take pride in their work and sincerely care about the satisfaction of their customers. Not only are Cody and Matt some of the most honest, wonderful human beings, but their crews were amazing too! Normally construction crews are loud, messy, and pretty annoying to have around - not these guys! Every worker that was at our house was nice, respectful, clean - besides the obvious banging, we would have never known they were here. They worked crazy fast, and left our property SO clean that you couldn't even tell we had a new roof installed (aside from how great it looks!). We are SO HAPPY with EVERY single aspect, and I love the peace of mind of having a leak-free roof over my head. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cody and Matt to anyone who needs their roof done. Not that I expect to have to call on them any time soon, but I'll never again even think of calling another company, and will undoubtedly send everyone I know to Benjamin Brothers!

Cody who I believe it one of the owners was great to work with. He is very professional, hands on and gave me options, showed me samples, and gave a fair price. I was very pleased with the results! Cody was very knowledgeable and his crew worked hard and did a great job. Their crew replaced my entire roof and gutters in one day and did a great job cleaning up after themselves which was very key to me as I have seen other neighbors get new roofs and usually leave a little mess. I couldn't be happier. I got pricing from 5 roofing companies and Cody gave me a price that was in the middle but he was the most professional, offered the best products, and was able to work with our schedule to get the work done. The crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves, the roof looks great, and we haven't had any leaks! I will definitely refer them on to friends and family
