Cody took the time to answer all our questions explaining the entire process from start to finish. He promptly returned phone calls and messages. Our project manager also was great, Brennon came back to make sure any debris like nails were picked up.

Benjamin Brothers was great to work with. We had a quote and a fantastic new roof on our house and shed within a few weeks. Cody was very responsive and professional during the whole process. They outlined several quotes with different options and upgrades but did not push any of them. The explanation of the job was thorough and the team was done with our roof in one day. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Cody and the Benjamin Brothers team were excellent to work with. I contracted them during the busy season and after heavy rains, but Cody still managed to stay on top of the project by quickly and consistently replying to my questions. There were bumps in the road beyond Benjamin Brothers' control (weather, electrical lines), but they were handled professionally and promptly. Crew was friendly and cleaned up the area as if they had never been here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Benjamin Brothers.

We were very pleased with Benjamin Brothers. I spoke with Cody at length several times over the phone about options and different scenarios, and he explained everything thoroughly. The crew completed the new roof in one (long) day. They were courteous and knowledgeable and did a good job cleaning up at the end. We noticed sticker marks on the new skylight that we couldn’t remove ourselves because of the height so Cody returned to remove them and even cleaned the outside of the skylight as well. The roof has a very good warranty, which gives us peace of mind.

I had quotes given on a new roof, siding , and gutters. I decided to go with painting the current siding and trim. The estimate on the siding was good though. The estimate and actual end price on the roof and gutters was good and straightforward. The work was done in an efficient and timely manner and per the schedule. I would hire or recommend them for similar projects in the future. I have a two-story duplex.

Not sure, but it seems like they have gone out of business. No one answers the phone or returns calls and there is no response to inquiries made via their website.

I received one email, possibly automated, from owner Cody. I replied with description of work we needed and our address. When no reply after a week I resent the email. When no reply after a couple more weeks I called and left same information in Cody's voice mail. Still no reply of any kind.

They were great! We bought the house last year and were unsure about the condition of the roof. They came out the same day. Took pictures and said the roof should last us for a while. Overall great experience.

Cody and the entire crew were awesome to work with, and no I'm not being paid or reimbursed in any way to make this statement. Prior to the work beginning the team clearly communicated the schedule and expectations. Original estimate was a 2-day job, which was actually completed in 2-1/2 days; last day was an extensive clean-up including multiple magnetic passes of the driveway and entire yard to pick up stray nails and staples. Work was completed entirely within the budget/estimate and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. The work team, led by Brennon, was very respectful and worked almost non-stop from 7:30am until dusk to complete the work. I would recommend Benjamin Brothers to anyone and have volunteered to be a potential customer contact, which I don't do very often.

The contractor came in time. The site was secured with cloths to collect debris, nails etc. After the completion of installation, magnet was used to ensure no nails are lying around to driveway. Final inspection was conducted to ensure all contractor equipment or material removed from the property.

Owner Matt and his crew could not have been better. Trustworthy, patient, creative, reliable, neat and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Benjamin Brothers for any construction needs. Matt was always on the job to make sure things were exactly right. He is also such a nice person. Him and his guys were always on the same track and the end results of the huge job in very cold weather shows there quality work. My husband and I really love everything they did for us. Besides a new roof, gutters, soffit and facia our ranch style home needed a new porch, the ceiling was sagging and it was hard to open our screen door. What a mess until Lou another hard worker came in and completely replaced the whole front porch. A huge job . Everything is beautiful . There is not a thing I could say bad about them or their work. Thank you again for a job exceptionally well done.

Smooth and painless from start to finish. Cody was extremely responsive to all my basic questions regarding their proposal. The initial estimate was the lowest of all the bids and Cody didn't try to sell us into extras we didn't need. I had out of state professional roofers look at their bid and confirmed nothing was missing as well. Cody was straight forward and very responsive. He explained the entire process and that the only additional fee that could be charged was if they found damaged wood under the roof at the time of replacement. On the day of the job Cody called me to keep me informed and no damaged wood was found so there were no extra charges from my estimate. Job was finished in one day and the crew did a great job with clean up.

Excellent. Cody (co-owner) responded very promptly to my initial call, and came out a few days later to look at my roof. He explained what needed to be done very clearly, answered all of my questions and handled the whole process very professionally. His crew came out on the scheduled day to complete the work. They arrived at the agreed time, and got the entire roof replaced that day. As promised, they cleaned up afterwards. Cody stopped by once to check on the crew's progress during the day, then again about a week or two later to check in with me. We're very pleased and would hire Cody and his team again in an instant.

Everything went well, the crew showed up on time, did the work in about 6 hours for a 1500 sq feet home and the results are great.

Great result - extremely happy with the experience with Cody and the Benjamin Bros team. We didn't have an overly complicated roof but as a first timer, we quoted 3 contractors, to make sure we were getting as apples to apples as possible. Beyond being most competitive price , Cody took the time to answer any questions, replied quickly to all requests, and communicated scheduling clearly throughout. And did so with a genuine interest and excitement to earn our business. Would recommed Cody and the BB team for any roofing project.

The roofing crew was on time and worked continually Through out the day, with perfect results. The work area was kept neat and clean. Cody Benjamin was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of choosing colors and style of roofing product. My wife and I were very satisfied with the entire process and our wonderful new roof.

Over the past two years, I interviewed 6 roofing companies and chose Benjamin Brothers. Cody came out the same day to give me an estimate and had the job scheduled earlier than expected. The roof looks great and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up. What impressed me is his honesty. There is a flat roof over the porch and he told me that it wasn't necessary to replace it yet. No mumble jumble - honest facts. Another roofer (think I found him on Angie's list as well) gave me a quote two and a half times more than this estimate - the highest astronomically of any of the other quotes, using the exact same shingles and telling me a lot of mumble jumble for my small house.

This project couldn't have gone any better. At first I only intended to get a roof. I called Benjamin Brothers to come and give me an estimate. Cody came and explained to me what needed to be done. I was immediately impressed with Cody's knowledge and honesty. The price that he gave me made me very happy. I felt real comfortable dealing with Cody thus I decided to set up a time to get a new roof. A week later I decided to talk to Cody about siding. After speaking to him and gaining knowledge I told him let's also do the siding. Both crews for both projects did a wonderful job. The roof took one day and the siding three. The crews were always on time in the morning. They were very conscientious in their work One can really tell BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION workers really care about doing very precise work .In addition the crew is very polite and pleasant to have around the house. Finally, they cleaned up every day. Any questions or concerns that I had were always answered by Cody or a crew member Pedro or Luis in a very professional manner. Additionally, I decided to replace four outside lights. They were delivered just when the siding was finished. Cody sent two of the workers back an additional morning to help me out and install them which I felt was so nice of them. Finally, my wife and i are so pleased with the work of Benjamin Brothers. My house looks so amazing. If one wants to work with knowledgeable , honest, pleasant people who use top of the line materials and do quality work I'd certainly recommend Brothers Construction.
