He did not make the decision for us. He asked what we wanted to do, which I appreciated very much. The serviceman was very professional and Staats is now our official a/c serviceman.

not a whole lot to tell, he came and did the inspection, found the problem and fixed it. He was a very nice person and on time to do the job. i will definitely call them again if i need work done.

They really treated me well. They are thirty miles away from me but my parents have always gone there and so I did. It was worth distance. I called them when my washing machine died and a service person came out to look at it. He explained what was wrong and told me what it would cost. He told me that I would be better off buying a new one and so I went out that afternoon to look at new appliances. I talked to his wife there, he and his wife have taken it over from his older brother who my parents worked with so that is why the change in name. We decided on the washer, they had to get it from the downtown center so two days later it was installed and it is wonderful. I had an experience three years ago, when my dryer went bad, they came out, fixed it the next day and explained what we needed to do. They have been very helpful and I would highly recommend them. They came exactly when they told me they would. They called ahead of time and it was great.

I have since upgraded my dryer but the one that required repair had a recurring heat element/switch failure. Staat's came out, completed the repair, even showed me the failing part. I was able to obtain the parts online and performed my own repairs. The stove was originally a warranty repair (Staat's is a certified repair center) on the circuit board (brains) for the stove. Staats did not have the parts available, but quickly ordered and returned to repair after a couple of days....no follow up required.

they were going to come back before winter to fix a vent, but never returned...

They were very prompt and very fair. They're at the top of my list.

They have always done a really good job for us. We have historically used them. We have lived in the same house for 22 years, so for that amount of time, you have a lot of appliances that were up. We have always used Staats Service Today and they have always done a good job. I would not tell you about them if I did not like them. Their prices are reasonable and I think it is fair for the work they do. Their quality is excellent.

They did a good job. They had to make a few trips to our house. They didn't charge us for the extra trips.

Brandon at Staats came to my house to give me a second opinion from a service call by Chambers Services in Bloomington. The tech at Chambers told me my refrigerator was broken and could not be repaired as the parts had been discontinued. Brandon was able to fix the refrigerator in about an hour. He did a lot of diagnostic work on it and ran some "stuff" through the system. He also told me the parts are not discontinued and if it should act up again, the parts can be replaced. He was very knowledgable, thorough, and professional. He even called me the next day to see if it was still working well. He then had the office girl look up all the parts and call me back with a full estimate for replacing parts in case it should break down again. Long story short, I had a GREAT experience with Staats and would definitely recommend them! Thanks to Brandon and Staats, their service kept me from having to purchase a new refrigerator as advised by Chambers Service.

I called Staats to check the coolant levels in my central A/C system and the one in my sister's home. They showed up, tested the system, added some coolant, tested the system performance in the home and outside at the compressor. They were punctual and knowledgable. The systems in both homes performed well through the 2010 and 2011 cooling seasons.

my dryer stopped working on tuesday morning, it had power but would not run. called for service right away on tuesday. they said they could come on thursday morning. they came on time. fixed the problem (a thermal switch). they were prompt, professional, and the cost was very reasonable. i also purchased a service contract from them for my washer based on the quality of their service on this visit.

I was very pleased with them. The owner himself came out and spent a lot with us getting us the right system for us. We had a difficult to fit furnace room but this company did a really good job of making it work and getting a real efficient unit. They also made sure we were aware of lots of rebates that were going on at that time so that we could take advantage of them. I will use them again in the future.

I would call them again for an estimate on another appliance repair. The telephone service was professional and pleasant.

My experience with them was okay. They weren?t very clean and they left a little bit of a mess. They weren?t bad. The price was too much. I would probably use them again.

Staats' service went perfectly and the repairs were done correctly. They have worked on my HVAC system, washer, dishwasher, and trash compactor over time. When Staats fixes something, it's done right the first time.

I was fine until I was told I would be double billed.
