Completely wasted my time.

Service Hardwood floors did a FANTASTIC job on our stairs! Other companies told us they couldn't fix the damaged stairs yet Scott came out and told us he would fix them and make them look like new, and true to his word they came out better than we expected. I was also impressed by how careful they were to make sure there was minimal dust due to the sanding involved. They put plastic down to cover our furniture and any areas that needed to be covered to protect it from the dust. He even went as far as completely covering the stairs and had his crew work undermeath a plastic tent he made to help confine the dust. It made the job much more difficult for him and his crew but he was more concerned with confining the dust. I really appreciated everything they did to keep the dust to a minimum and was impressed with how they cleaned and picked up after each days work. I would definitely use them again and am VERY satisfied with the OUTSTANDING work they did.

Scott Callejo - came out measured first thing in morning and before i knew by afternoon the floor was pretty much installed. Scott returned next morning to finish touch ups and floor board molding. Scott did and excellent job from start to finish i would definitely use his services again. I could not tell he was ever even there with the exception of the new floor present. All excess garbage and scrap was taken away and disposed of, he left no trace behind of an installer being there except a brand new floor which LQQK's AWESOME!

The job could not have gone any better, the floors look like new! The original pine floors on the second floor look amazing; we thought they were going to need replacing. On top of all the work Service Hardwood Floors provided they also provide me with a referral with a local contractor for moving a door in the hallway to the bedroom, I never thought this would go as well as it did. We would recommend Scott Callejo and Service Harwood Floors to anyone considering having their floors refinished.

Scott had his supplier deliver th materials a few days prior to install. Sunday was only day that worked in our schedule and Scott accommodated by having has his crew start at 8:30 as promissed. The crew worked through lunch and finished around 6PM to make sure they were finished in 1 day. The installers did a fantastic job and when they left the room was cleaned and furinture was returned to original. Floor looks great and was pleased with overall service.

Beautifully!! Scott and his crew moved furniture out of the area, and then removed the old hardwood floors from the livingroom, diningroom, a bedroom and the hallways connecting these rooms. The job took 4-1/2 days, and at the end of each day, they left our home cleaned and vacuumed, free of debris and free of their equipment. They helped us order new wood flooring and, because of a glitch in delivery, they drove to pick up the materials themselves... They removed an old carpeting from the stairwell and refinished the stairway although it was not part of the original deal to do so. They installed absolutely wonderfull flooring, and did so efficiently and most professionally. The crew was always on time, worked incredibly hard, did not take time off to goof around, took a brief lunch and returned to work immediately. I found each man to be polite, courteous, helpful and in good spirits (which helps a lot)! Scott was extremely helpful, going out of his way to accommodate us...even to the point of driving to Home Depot (or wherever) to pick up some supply I should have gotten myself. They refinished some steps for us, added and refinished trim, and did so most beautifully. When the job was complete, they explained how we should best take care of our new floors. They performed a final clean-up and returned furniture to its original places. They left our home in much better condition than they found it, having swept, vacuumed, and discarded any semblance of work debris. We were delighted, and will, of course, recommend them for a job that needs to be done promptly and professionally by a wonderful and competent crew of workers.
