The salesman was great and very knowledgeable. There were specific person to go to if I had any questions. They were quick with regards to time. They were fairly responsive. We had several issues come up with the doors and the windows and it was addressed within a week. They were professional. Their cleanup wasn’t super. Overall they did cleanup. Their quality was good. I would use them in the future.

They started the work as scheduled and worked some nights until it got dark to keep on schedule. The workers kept their areas clean and picked up all debris each night. They used a fleet of dump style trucks for removing debris that the backed up into the driveways and left with all debris each night instead of a dumpster. They finished the work on schedule and we were quite satisfied with the results. The only issues were a few downspouts were placed in odd and inconvenient spaces. Also when the work started we were promised that each night the sections they worked on would be covered before the left with shingles. On a few of the nights they left some sections exposed with just felt paper. Overall their prices were very competitive and their service was very professional.

.They picked up the right shingles and it really looks nice. They gave me a competitive price. I was happy with their work. They have come down in price for me. I will use this company in the future if the need arose.

Overall, the visit went very well. They can do any kind of construction like electrical, dry wall, etc. They are a nice staff. They were very good. The price was reasonable and the job was well done. I don't have any complaints at all. They are coming later this week for bathroom remodeling.

Estimator came out very quickly (on a Wednesday). He stated that they would have to order the shingles, it would take approximately 30, and they would be there on Monday. Monday morning, the 2 workers came and started putting the ladder up on the house. I went out and told them that it was the garage that needed the shingles replaced. They went up on the garage and were done within 15 - 20 minutes. When I asked how many shingles they replaced, he told be about 10. When we called the man that had done the estimate, and asked why it cost so much money to replace 10 shingles when it took 20 minutes, he stated that they charge the total of the work time, from the time the 2 guys left Crete to drive to our house in Manteno, do the job and drive back. He also said the amount of the shingles was only about $8.00. So even though they state in their ad that they do not charge travel, they DO charge for the time it takes to travel (for not one, but 2!).

It was too expensive. He also didn't list the services included for the price. I got the work done for $100 less.

The sales person was very good, as was the foreman who came to the house. They were very professional. I would highly recommend to others and use them in the future.

Took 3 calls to get an estimate that was 40% out of line with others.

They had done our roof. They are pro's. When we had talked to the different companies about the siding, M & M providing the best, not the cheapest deal, but the best deal.

It went very well. They did a really nice job. We had used them in the past, and was still pleased with their work.

M&M was one of three proposals we obtained for the job required. Jeff was our salesperson, who was courteous, prompt and always willing to answer any of our questions or concerns. The office staff kept us abreast of the proposed dates of installation. Since we have a paver driveway, special provisions were made so that no damage was done to the drive, including delivering the shingles on the day of installation. On the day the roofing was to be done, the crew arrived on time. Due to the nature of the job, we needed pictures taken of the damage to our roof. Cesar, our project manager, took all the necessary pictures needed. In the meantime the crew made provisions to keep our driveway completely covered so that no damage occurred. Plywood planks were laid out for their pick-up truck could be backed into the drive. Removal of the roof was done so that most of the roofing was loaded directly onto their truck. Tarps were laid out to catch any small pieces. Planks were laid over lower windows, as to avoid any damage to them. The crew was extremely courteous and took time to keep me updated or answer any questions. Cleanup was excellent. No damage was done to any existing shrubs or flowers. The crew worked very hard, especially being that it was a sunny 90 degree day. The gutter installation was performed the very next day. We were not at home for the installation. However John, the project manager, left a note indicating the work performed and left his card, should we have any concerns. We did note one concern with the flashing, which was promptly corrected ... even though this may have been like this prior to the work performed. OVERALL ... we have no complaints but only praises for ALL of the M&M staff / workers. Both jobs were beautifully done! We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend M&M for any of your roofing and gutter needs.

He was trying to sell me half a roof as opposed to listening to me and what I needed. He was pushing a lot of guarantees. I would probably use him if I was having to do a full re-roof but not for a repair.

They did a quick and thorough job.

They removed the old roof and when the work was finished, they cleaned the area very nicely. The rep from the company was easy to work with and responsive to what needed to be done. The work crews were committed from the beginning to the job and did a great job. I appreciate that they allowed me to work with them to make sure the job was done correctly. The roof looks great and I would hire this company again in the future.

Got four estimates, they were the second-cheapest estimate but went with them because I felt they were more professional and had more experience in the business than the lowest bidder. The salesman was very helpful in picking the colors to best match our house, as the exterior had changed a bit from the time the original roof and gutters were put up. (Some don't want to offer their opinion on colors, maybe they are afraid you will blame them if don't like the color afterward). About 2 weeks after signing the contract, the truck showed up to stock the roof with the shingle bundles, and 2 days later the crew came to actually do the work. They called ahead of time to inform us of the delivery and work dates so there were no surprises about scheduling. They use their own truck to hold the tear-off scrap, so no dumpster was necessary in the driveway, which I thought was a nice touch. The tear-off and replacement were completed in one day, and the crew was very professional and cleaned the yard and driveway very thoroughly to remove all debris, using a magnetic device to locate and remove stray nails. 2 days later the gutter crew arrived to install the new gutters, and were also professional, on-time, and cleaned up after themselves very well. This company also does other types of home remodeling/renovations, and based on this job will definitely give them strong consideration for any work needed in the future.

I am very pleased with the work that M&M did on our house. They are very professional and easy to work with. The only minor negative comment I can make is that we were told we would be notified a week in advance of the work starting and it ended up being the day before so really no big deal. They repaired my roof first and it blends in perfectly with the existing shingles. I think the siding looks great, better than the new construction house next door that costs 3 times what my house does. After the work was completed (ahead of schedule) the foreman gave me a call and asked if I was happy. I told him that I was, but he insisted that the job they did around one of the windows was not up to his expectations and asked if his crew could come out again and correct it. I said sure even though I thought it looked good already. Its nice to see someone have pride in their work these days. I did ask if they could touch up a couple of spots where paint had been scraped off when they were removing the old asphalt shingles and they did this was well. I am extremely happy with the work provided.

We needed a new roof as the old one was 19 years old and had several leaks in the valleys where the garage met the house roof. Fortunately, the leaks were not in a critical area. The estimator, Pete Sorci didn't recommend repairing the old roof because of the age and condition. They had a crew of 6 working and would have finished in one day, but it started raining in the afternoon. They came back the next morning and finished the job by noon. There was a project manager on the job at all times and when the work was done, a field supervisor came and inspected the job. They were very professional in all phases of the job.

They are prompt at getting back to you. They did a great job in a timely manner.

They were thorough and helpful. We wanted to see actual roofs in different colors and so on. They were very patient with giving us referrals. They cleaned up very well, and they did a great job. We did call them back for a couple of minor issues, but they were taken care of immediately. Their follow up was good, and they seemed to be very customer oriented.

They had originally told me they were coming Thursday or Friday, but they didn't show. They didn't call to let me know. They came out yesterday and the job is already done.

M & M Windows & Siding are absolutely the greatest. We had a very good experience with this contractor. Mike and his crew were very professional and polite. They were careful of our property and demonstrated a very high quality work ethic. They were on time and followed up afterward to make sure everything was satisfactory to us.

No one has come out nor have I received a quote.

The workers arrived on time and did the work quickly. Although they had to return to redo one item (sealing existing nails), they performed very satisfactorily overall.

I bid a gutter repair job out between three bidders. Their bid was the most detailed, though they weren't the first guys out. They did very professional follow up, and the only reason I did not go with them was a 200 dollar price difference on the bid. However, when I told him that, it was apparent that there was some negotiation wiggle room on the price. So if I had known that I might have gone with them if they matched the price, which I think they might have. But I am rather new to this.
