Our shower faucet broke which meant we couldn't turn the shower/tub on. The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time and it only took him 20 minutes to replace the parts on our 20 year old faucet.

The contractor we dealt with did not lay our floor even and his explanation was it is just a condo that we live in. It was a horrible experience. The people that put in our tile were kids who did not know what they were doing there was dust all over our condominium. It was a horrible experience, no reinbersement. Last night the ejector pump seemed to be stuck and making a lot of noise. Eventually, it did stop making the noise and seemed fine. This morning when my wife went into the basement, after doing several loads of laundry, she noticed puddles of water on the floor. I called and Anthony was here within an hour of my call explaining exactly what the issue was. He replaced the pump and valve and honored my Angie's list coupon for $55.00 off the pump. Having a friend who owns a plumping business, (but doesn't work in this area) I have been assured that this is a VERY good price, made better by the 3 year warranty on the pump. Will definitely call this company again if/when something else breaks.

They made an appointment for 8:30AM today(10-31). Called me at 8:10AM and said plumber on the way-arrived at 8:28AM. Very nice, clean young man. I explained problem and he gave an estimate. Did his work in short order, cleaned up any mess, sat down to explain what he did. Took 10% off bill, paid him and he departed. I would give him an A in all catagories. Thought the price was reasonable too. Would not hesitate using again nor recommending to anyone in need of plumbing help.

We have used M/R several times over the years. They always do good work. They aren't cheap but you get what you pay for, and they are plumbers after all. This time was no exception; the service man was punctual, professional, did quality work, and was obviously trying very hard to add value during the entire visit.

It worked really well. I don’t remember how much I spent on their services. They did quite well. They had a lot of work to do because it was an old faucet that was corroded and plugged up. They had to solder it to get it out. They did a good job. They were here when I called them and they were right on time. I was very well satisfied with them all the way through. I will use them again in the future.

I think they did fine, but they were very expensive. The plumber was here for a very long time, since instead of having a snake long enough to get the job done quicker, he just kept using the shorter snake. Other than that, we had no problems.

It ALL went very well. Plumber was very conscientious. He parked on the street, brought the equipment and tools to the door, then put "booties" and put a mat down to bring it all in the house. He worked very efficiently. He cleaned up the areas before he was finished, and took all previous equipment away for disposal. He made sure I understood the workings of the battery sump pump, what the lights and "beep" codes mean, and how to stop a beep code that repeats. He left a business card, and explained that should I have questions or a problem, to call and let him know, they do stand by their work. We did have a problem with the sump pump beeping a "fail" code, (even though there was no water pooling, or flooding) and when the problem was not readily discernible, they asked me to call for each instance of a problem. This resulted in 4 middle of the night calls (around 3:00 AM), and each time was answered by a person! It took a visit from the manufacturer to determine what was the issue was, and the manufacturer did replace the system, that M/R installed. The additional phone calls, and the additional installation was done with no additional charges to me. I would have them do additional plumbing work, should it become necessary, and have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

They were on time and proffesoional. However, I thought the price was extremely high. I already had the part. Also they did not give me the 5% off discount to Angie's List members.

This company is very responsive, and they’re able to come out the same day as I call. They do their work well, and I’ve never had to call them back a second time for the same issue. They’re prompt and professional, and I’ll continue using their service.

I went to them, and the gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful. He assisted me with picking the correct size and length of bar. He was very helpful and gracious. Also, the gentleman who performed the installation was prompt and professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

They do wonderful work! Their servicemen are friendly and prompt. Whenever we have a problem at the restaurant, they respond as quickly as possible. We can’t open the business if the plumbing isn't working, so I really appreciate all of their effort to accommodate us by coming in before regular business hours.
