EXCELLENT!!! Simion V. was very professional and explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and upon completion, walked me through the annual draining process to keep the tank in top-notch condition. This tank should last about 10-12 years and guess what? I will be calling M/R Plumbing for my future needs!

It went great. Art was here when he said he would be and replaced the pipe and check out pump. He also repaired the bathtub faucet after we asked him about it. He advised us on replacing out basement sink in the washroom, and even cleaned up the space around the ejector pump well(our basement had briefly flooded due to the broken pipe. I would definitely use M/R Plumbing Marts' services again. Also, when I called them to make the appointment it was a pleasant surprise to hear a friendly voice answer the phone.

Art immediately went to work on rodding out the tree root blockage from the sewer pipe and also replaced the toilet bowl seal that was compromised by the pressure caused by the blockage, RootX was also used to begin the process of killing off more of the roots. Art was informative throughout his time on this project. His professionalism, courtesy, and work process was very impressive and was only out-shined by his obvious thorough plumbing knowledge! We couldn't have gotten a better man for the job. Art not only fixed the problem but gave us a sense of confidence in his job being well done!

The initial visit and installation went well. The tech called our order in and went and got the new heater. He explained the maintenance that we should perform. I have used M/R Plumbing for all my plumbing issues, they have always been prompt and professional in all dealings.

it was fine. good assessment. didn't use them for the service because my in-house guy could do it for cheaper.

The first appointment I had was a no show no call by them. I called to find out where they were and Tony said he didn't get the message for my appointment. The second time Tony came out, but we weren't home because I didn't think it was a definite appointment. Tony was extremely persistent which is the reason we ended up using them. Since they were the only company I could get out here and the price wasn't to out of the box we decided to go with them. Absolutely no communication waiting for our order to come in. It's been so long now I actually don't recall how long we waited, but I know there was an issue with our order. Installation day finally arrives!!! Tony and his partner called early and arrived on time. They start unpacking the materials and they have to go back to the store for some parts. No big deal. They bring in all of the parts and here is where it gets even better. They open the box with the hardware (hinges, handles) and it's not the right hardware. Tony checked the order and he wrote it up right however we got the wrong hardware. Tony was very apologetic and said he could re-order the right ones but he didn't know how long that would take and we were just done with the process. I talked to the wife and we just went with what they had because we wanted it over with. I don't know if Tony had the authority to give us a break because of the wrong hardware but I was so irritated I didn't even ask. The install was great otherwise. Tony and his partner did a great job with the install. The quality of work was great but the rest of the process. I'll just leave it at that.

It went fine. The plumber wasn?t able to fix the hole and I kept having to call to have them to send out the person to fix the hole.

It went well. The service was performed two days after I purchased the big deal. They stuck with the $60 price. The pricing was okay.

On time, protected the area. Discussed and demonstrated basic maintenance for the system.

I called M/R Plumbing and was told they could get someone out later that afternoon. They actually had a young man out earlier than expected. He said both shut-off valves were leaking and had to be replaced. The young man proceeded to cut off building water, replace the valves as well as two exchange pipes. He was very efficient. Extremely pleasant and did a very good job.I would rehire them. I thought the price was a little high, but maybe not considering it was an urgent situation (I was concerned about resulting damage had we had to wait until Monday for service).

My pipes had been rodded 3 times this year by someone else, who seemed to clear them for a short while, then the problem would return. I needed professional help to resolve the issue for good. Mike did an awesome job... I couldn't be there while he was doing the work, but he kept me informed of the progress and problems encountered by telephone. He found and removed the blockage that was the "root" cause of all the trouble. He was fast, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him and M/R Plumbing.

Talked to office and they were professional and service tech was prompt. Repair was complete and also added new pipe rather that reusing old plumbing. Definitely will use them in the future as I have plans to renovate further. Price was reduced with coupon as listed which kept the price in my budget range.

He did what he was supposed to do. It took him about five minutes. Mark who works for the same company took the phone call and he explained to me about a $60 inspection fee which is typical with some companies. This used to be free and some companies don't charge us to come out and take a look. I didn't ask him if there was any senior discount and I don't think there was. The thing that kind of bothered me, Mark told me about the $60 inspection fee and then he said if I wanted to have the work done the $60 fee would be applied to the cost. He had to come from Indiana so I didn't say anything and I had already written out a check for $60 because I had to get the work done anyway but I didn't know there was going to be an extra thirty five bucks on top of it. They need to tell people that the $60 inspection fee is not something that we can use against a cause of a repair because that was the understanding I had with mark. Other than that it was okay and I was happy because he did what he was supposed to do. I wasn't too happy with the extra thirty five bucks. It ended up being $95 as oppose to $60. I'm not really sure if the $35 what the repairman was saying was the agreed upon price.

They are always prompt with making appointment same day if possible or work around my schedule. Arrived when they said they would and Art explained what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Brought equipment in to minimize mess and cleaned up after. This is the third time I have had them out the two previous time they actually came out to work on things that I had other plumbers out for but did a much better job on fixing problem so that I don't believe the problem will come up again.

Our contractor told us that the ejector was shot. He didn't know what he was talking about. There was no ejector; it was a sump pump. Art Wolf was thorough, professional, and quick. He got us fixed up ? not an inexpensive fix, but competitively priced.

He was courteous, efficient, prompt.
