Description of Work: They replaced my water heater. Very straight forward, did a pretty good job. On time and reasonably quick. Gave me a rundown on the boiler after it was installed. It was sometime last year so I'm a little fuzzy on the details.

Consented to fix one pipe n master bath -unknown & fix one ceiling leak. |Service took a long time to confirm problem & price was outrageous. |I have to give B for quality because the problem has not reoccurred @ balance with how long it took to complete.

Description of Work: Bob came out to take measurements on remodeling our Master Bath. He said he would have the estimate on or before 3/11/13, did not even have them started on 3/12/13, by 3/13/13 I canceled. If they don't follow through on a bathroom estimate, how would they follow through on the remodel? All other estimates received took 3 days at the most.

Description of Work: Plumber came out to find the source of a leak I was experiencing. He quickly ofund the source of the problem and made efforts to same me time and money by contacting other memebers of thier team in the area to see if they had the necessary part on the truck. He was very clean and treated walking aorund my home as if he were walking on egg shells. Very professional, courteous and punctual.

Description of Work: M/R Plumbing Mart has a very nice, large showroom. We purchased a faucet from them because we figured they would have better products than other national chains. I found their employees to be helpful, and I would visit them again if the need ever arose.
