Description of Work: Cleaned boiler and determined problem why it would not stay lit. Ordered part and then installed as soon as it was received. Spoke with my home warranty company so that I could be reimbursed by the warranty company.

Description of Work: We have used Mt Everest Air & Heating and their sister company Tiger Plumbing for 15 years. They are wonderful. The customer service is top notch. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. We recently had an A/C problem (and with temperatures of over 100 degrees) we didn't want to be without A/C for long. They were experiencing a high volume of calls and emergency repairs and the technician was not going to be able to get here at the estimated time. The office called to let us know his progress and he did make it to us to fix the problem the evening before July 4th. Unfortunately, we had to call them again on the 4th for a different problem. The technician arrived within the estimated time and was able to get the A/C up and running temporarily. He will be out again this morning with a more permanent fix. I would recommend this company without reservation.
