Description of Work: Painted walls in livingroom, bedrooms, master bath, utility room front door and back door. Repaired walls prior to painting. Replaced light fixtures in utility room and foyer. All went well except they do need to return for another coat of paint for front door and side lights, missing cover for electrical receptical. The service tech was very knowledgeable and did very good work.

Description of Work: I needed to have some plumbing done. I had parts in two tubs that needed to be replaced. The parts were expensive, and I had to order them because they are polished brass and aren't available in regular box stores. I also needed a cartridge to repair a persistent leak in a shower. Also, they fixed a leaking outside spigot. The majority of the cost for the service was for parts. I have forgotten how much the labor cost was in this final bill, but the quoted rate was as good as any other bonded handymen and plumbers I contacted. Very professional at doing their work. I was happy.

Description of Work: unexplained pool of water in back yard near house. not from rain or gutters. he was not able to determine the source but it is just plain pretty weird - he did everything he could to determine and then put all back in order - i offered to pay service charge but he said he wasn't charging me - very pleased overall.
