Excellent job at a reasonable price! Was able to schedule same day service. Ralph was on time and completed the job....well done! Will use Mr. Handyman again!

Bob came out and provided an estimate which included options for completing the work. Once the work was scheduled he arrived on time and courteous, as usual. New security light of our choosing was installed in our backyard and a GFI outlet were installed in the garage in under an hour. We have used Mr. Handyman Metro East for several projects at our home and continue to use them because of their professionalism, value and customer focus.

Cory showed up right on time and was methodical in his work. Everything was totally cleaned up afterward. I am pleased with the work.

I hired Mr. Handyman to replace a shower faucet. The co-owner, Bob, came out for the estimate as well as the job itself and he was wonderful. He was punctual, professional, and kind, and most of all he did a great job! You could tell he's amassed a lot of knowledge in this profession because it showed in the quality of work he performed. I would absolutely hire this company again and plan to for future needs.

There were some issues with the project but Mr. Handyman worked with us to get them resolved to our satisfaction. There was no delay in getting it done and they worked within my schedule. I am very pleased with the way the project has worked out and I highly recommend Mr. Handyman.

Excellent. I called 6 places and only Mr Handyman would help. The office staff was so helpful and worked to get us help. The repairman that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. As importantly he was very considerate of my elderly father. Wonderful service.

Never happened. They called me numerous times and after we finally connected they informed me it would be months before they could do work because if sick employees. If they were in such bad shape why didn't they just leave a message they couldn't do the work instead of calling and calling!

He was a no show even after rescheduling.

The interaction with lady who initially took my call and scheduled was great, everytime I spoke to her she was kind and informative. I explained my situations and she even repeated them back and scheduled me. The gentleman who came out was not very kind. 3 members of the family dealt directly with him and we all had a sense of him being rude and rushed. When he had to be called back out he explained he was not told about part of the job that I discussed with the lady initially (I went ahead and had to fix that part myself) and he even acted mad that he had to come back out. So sad because I did really like the lady I had my first impression with.

Never received an estimate. Called and was told the professional that came out was sick and someone would get an estimate to me. I have never received one.

Mr. Handyman was wonderful! Not only was the clearing done perfectly and safely, but under the time quoted. Without Mr. Handyman, I could not have made it out of my home for days! I am not looking forward to another storm, but I feel a lot safer that I have someone to help me. I have had terrible experiences with contractors in the past, and I won’t hesitate to call Mr. Handyman.

Very well. The work looks great and it was done on time and at price. I didnt have to wonder if they were going to show up and what the price would be when they got done.

I received a call and was told someone would go over what I wanted done and the company would get back to me with a quote on Monday. On Wednesday I called and said no one ever called me and was told by, I think it was Darla, that she would email me the quote. The next day I called her and told her I did not receive the quote. She confirmed my email but then said she would mail the quote. I asked her to give me the quote and when she said $1,300 I told her not to mail the quote because it was too high. She said the composite material was very expensive. I had priced the material and it was not very expensive for 3 stairs. If they did not want to do the work they should have just said so!

Sam was great. He explained how the original lights were installed and gave us suggestions for future maintenance. We were very pleased with the service. I would and will absolutely use them again.

He did a great job with the drywall repair but could not fix bathroom fixtures. He was a little slow from my point of view for the amount of work he did but overall did a great job.
