They were really great. If had to do that again I would call them. They were very polite, courteous, and helpful. They also gave me a few ideas and pointers. They got the job done in about 2 and a half hours. The scheduling was perfect and they were very understanding and nice to work with.

Dan came out on time and was very professional. He cleaned the gutters and also found the problem to why my down spouts were not draining. He unclogged them and explained to me what caused the blockage. I will call Mr Handyman again.

Our house was built in the early 1990's and the original deck had not been stained for ~ 4.5 years. The upper deck gets a considerable amount of sun and there were numerous treated deck boards that needed securing or replacement. From the initial estimate by Mr Handyman we were impressed; it's obvious why they achieve high ratings and approvals on Angie's List. We were pleased with their recommendations about the best deck stains to use. At first we considered using a composite 2X4 top rail but after research (needed 200 ft), decided to just replace any damaged boards with treated lumber. We did purchase the stain. Thru this process, Mr Handyman kept us well informed and provided excellent feedback. They did an EXCELLENT power wash job, the best I have ever seen; completely removed the old stain with no wood damage.The entire project took almost 4 days; they even ran out of stain and needed to purchase more. This was a big project. The double deck looks GREAT thanks to Mr. Handyman.

Cass from Mr Handyman was prompt, professional and thorough, Actual cost came in less than estimate because the job took less time than estimated. Very happy with service and would highly recommend this company.

Bob, Dan, and Michelle were all extraordinarily helpful and went above and beyond in their service. I had numerous needed repairs in several different areas of my home, and they were able to address all of them. They were on time for appointments and always cleaned up their work area after the job was complete. Bob identified modifications to my planned repairs to help save me money, and Michelle was always prompt in her responses to my requests for information. I could not be more pleased with their work or their professionalism.

This is the most professional handyman service I have ever used. Communication was always timely, courteous, and smooth. Efficient solutions were proposed, good ideas, and the proposal was reasonable, a little better than the quote I got from another highly-rated provider. All work was performed promptly, on schedule, and as well as expected or better.

It went well! I wish the price would have been a little more transparent in what we actually got for the $99, though.

It was good. It got a little pricey. We were very happy because the guy did a nice job with what he did. He did a good job. The city required an inspection before we could move in and some of the things he actually did were written up. They were very good about calling and checking back. We actually had a fence post snap last weekend and I called them. They wanted $180 prior to labor. I got another individual coming out and he is charging $90.

I had purchased the Big Deal for $99 and I did not pay anything extra for the services provided. I thought the provider was very good. He gave some good tips, he was very personable and seemed more than proficient and reliable.

1. I hired this company because of a friend's recommendation. They've worked for me twice in the past and I'm always most pleased with all they do. I even changed my mind about some work once in midstream of what they were doing and they stopped and moved to the new work request. I am ALWAYS pleased with the workers sent to my home and most impressed with their demeanor, capabilities, their aim to please, AND their finished work. The staff is most easy to work with and if a change is presented, they help get it going with no hangups or disappointments. 2. My last hiring of them was for my daughter who purchased a bigger bed and wanted it in an upstairs room. Problem was that the bed frame had to go up a few steps then turn totally around to get up the next 5 steps and into the 2nd story. That didn't work because the landing was too narrrow. Our "Handyman" said not to worry - he could do it! He cut and made the bed frame narrower and got it into the room perfectly in tact. Then put it back to its original wider size. If you run into such a problem, I highly suggest you call this company. BUT, they've done many things for me and ALL have been done VERY WELLl, VERY EFFICIENTLY and VERY REASONABLY PRICED. I've hired them twice already and have again contacted them for more help. I won't call anyone else when I know they can handle the kinds of things I need done!

Dan with Mr. Handyman came to my house and gave me an estimate on cost. He impressed me as being both knowledgable and experienced. He is a licensed electrician. He explained to me exactly what it was he would have to do in order to install the light fixtures on the wall - electricity would have to be run up to the two points using the receptical below. After our visit, I called Mr. Handyman to schedule the work. Dan came out and we went over once again what it was I needed. He really listened to me and got started on the job right away. He was neat about his work and he even showed my son a few pointers about electricity as well. After the job, I was over joyed at the results - beautiful!! I could tell he was happy that I was happy. Dan takes pride in his handywork and is very professional. He demostratrated to me that the receptical used to tie into the electricty for the sconces were grounded by using a tester. Mr. Handyman was great - prompt, professional, and helpful. He discovered that parts of our gutter guard had been screwed AND stapled into place, making it really hard to remove, but he kept working at it, and got the clogs out. He then carefully replaced and secured each piece. We also had yellow jackets nests in the gutters, apparently in 2 places - he removed them. He also pointed out that we had debris accumulating on the flat roof of a porch - because of the angle, I never would have seen this. A tree was starting to grow there! He removed the tree and the mess, saving me a future roof repair, I am sure. Mr. Handyman dealt with all these odd and frustrating bits with professionalism, and with humor. He dealt with an unpleasant and even dangerous job (yellow jackets!) quickly and pleasantly. I was really impressed. And while he was working, one of my neighbors stopped by, and said they had used Mr. Handyman themselves, several times, always with good results.

Dan did an awesome job on this project! He was very patient and continually stressed that he wanted to make me happy and do things the way I wanted. The job was challenging because I wanted the TV/cable wires hidden but I didn't want to mount the cable box on the wall. I had to compromise some and the cable box sits on the floor up against the wall, but my remote works with it there and it's pretty much out of the way. TV looks awesome and works great! I'm very happy with the overall job though it took much longer than I thought it would! Again...it was a challenge! The job was a little pricey I thought, but I didn't really have anything to compare it to. I feel confident that the work was done well and the TV is secure, so that's worth a lot. Dan was very tidy and cleaned up any mess he made during the project. I'm sure I will use this company again in the future. I've already had them do a couple of jobs for me. It's well worth it if you don't have any "handymen" in your circle of friends and family! Thanks again Dan!

I am ULTRA impressed with Mr. Handyman. Recently have had two jobs done. They were punctual (early), absolutely professional, highly skilled, and easy to deal with. The work is of the highest quality. I will certainly have them perform future work at my house. They perform follow-up calls to see if I am satisfied. When the person scheduled to perform the work became unavailable due to an unforeseeable life event, they sent at least an equally qualified person - didn't ask me to reschedule.

Mr Handyman worked out really, really well. I had no problems with them. They were on time and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. He brought all of his own tools with him and he was here for maybe two hours and that was really good in that period of time.

They were great to deal with. They asked what i needed done and I said I needed a door replace (I had the door) and my gutters cleaned out. We scheduled a date/time and the handyman showed up right on schedule. He got right to work on the door. He did a good job and it was not an easy replacement. We have an older house and the frame was made to fit the door. Unfortunately that took 3 hours and we had only scheduled 4. He did get up and look at the gutters only to discover that the gutter guards were nailed on. It would have been a much longer task to take them off and clean them. We decided to forgo the gutter cleaning for now. He was very nice and extremely pleasant to deal with. I have also received 2 follow up calls from the company wanting to make sure I was happy with my service.

For the most part it went well. We had a few problems afterwards with the flushing and toilet running. I called Mr. Handyman to report, but we figured out how to work around it. I think they did a good job, though maybe the parts were a little on the cheap side? Main toilet still flushes a little strange but it works.

He was very efficient. There was a difficult task that I asked him to perform and there ended up being issues with it. The manager and the support staff were very friendly and helped walk me through the issue, options to resolve it but in the end, non of it ended up working and they actually gave me a credit for that particular issue. They worked with me through it and when it wasn't able to be resolved, even though they put all that work to try to help me, they ended up giving me a credit for that issue. It was really nice of them to do so. They were on the pricey side for me.

Wanted to improve the appearance of the second bathroom. Some light mold had accumulated on the bath tub caulking and a porcelain soap dish had been broken years ago by my daughter. Hired Mr. Handyman based on Angie's List reviews. The work was done in two trips. On the first trip the tub was re-caulked and the remnants of the soap dish removed (not as easy as it sounds as the dish was really on there). I then purchased a like soap dish and the same gentlemen returned to install. No trip charge was assessed for the second visit. All work was done efficiently and to satisfaction. Will definitely use this company again if a need arises.

They seemed very empathetic with my needs as far as my situation. They understood what I was trying to get done. I didn't have to go into great detail to explain the areas of concern. They were able to find them. They showed a good amount of details in what they were trying to do. They showed up on time. They're very professional.

As I stated above, I was very pleased with the final result. They arrived on time and after I showed them the area of work, they started right in. When they were finished, they explained what all charges were and asked if I had any questions.

I happened to see one of their trucks in town & got the phone number & called to get an estimate for replacing my mom's front porch. They did an excellent job & so I also had them replace mine on my house. When we found out that my mom's rental house had some cost prohibitive structural damage, we again turned to The Handyman company & they handled everything for us. Needless to say, we will continue to call them when the need arises & gladly refer our friends & family also. As a matter of fact, my sister has used their services before & as recently as today. We have found them all to be friendly, honest & dependable.

I would rate the team of Mr. Handyman overall performance as a definite sustainment. The service providers where always on time, courteous and professional. The most valuable attribute of the professionals of Mr.Handyman, was that they truly understood the vision and intent of myself the customer. Once the project intent and expectations where discussed, the execution was flawless!. My hats off to the leadership of the team.

The handyman who did the work was sure to clean up and took all unnecessary debris with him when he left. He also vacuumed up all the wood shavings that were created in making the door fit. He was in and out in a short amount of time and asked if I was satisfied before he packed up all his tools and left. I was very pleased with his service and got a call from the owner that evening to see if I was happy with their service and the job. She also sent us a nice hand written note thanking me for my business. I would do business with her again in the future.
