He replaced the single spring with a quality double spring, replaced the cheap plastic brackets with steel ones, lubricated everything and made the door a lot quieter than it was. He was able to come out within 24 hours and get this all done so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. He was so nice and explained everything up front. I will definitely use this service again if needed.
