Description of Work: 2-Garage Doors. 16’0’x8’0” 8’0”x8’0”. Door#1 bad circuit board. Replace damaged circuit board. Reprogram all transmitters and keypad. Also programmed cars to openers. Lube both doors. Change batteries in transmitters customer supplied batteries.

Description of Work: fter home warranty call, homeowner wanted a service call performed. After door inspection, rollers were bad, cables were rusting & fraying, and bottom brackets were rusting as well. Number 1 & 2 hinges also failing on left side of door (from inside)
