Description of Work: They inspected the door in question, lubricated it as needed, and provided advice on how to improve the fit of the door (which was outside of the contracted work). They arrived promptly as scheduled.

Description of Work: He serviced the garage door, lubed it with non lithium liquid oil, stated that the sensors were too high but didn't remedy the situation. After the service man left, the door made a horrible squeaking noise. I did call back and they came and remedied the squeak. I eventually lowered the sensors myself (they actually sense now) and relocated the opener next to the pedestrian door into the house rather than next to the garage opening. Underwhelmed . The n$39 dollar deal was no deal as it ended up casting almost $200 after it was all said and done.

I'm sorry you felt this way. As the tune up states, when you purchase it only covers adjustments and lube to the door and opener. When problems are found, like incorrectly installed items, you are made aware of them and then would need to decide to pay to have them corrected. The grease used was lithium grease made for our industry not sold in stores.

Description of Work: Garage door tune up and winterization. I have used this company before and they did good work. However, for this $39 special, the worker was here for 5-10 minutes max. |He sprayed WD-40 on the hinges/pins (which I do on a regular basis), took a quick look and was done. I can buy a lot of WD-40 for $39.
