Description of Work: They had a special on garage door winter tune-up and my door had been sticking for most of the winter so figured it was worth it. The service man was great. He was very knowledgeable and go the thing working great. Even warned me that the cables were getting frayed and helped reprogram the door keypad.

Description of Work: Maintenance of Garage door. After his tweeking and oiling the areas of my garage door, the door automatically closes without bouncing up again. This has been an issue for over 3 years and someone said tweaking with the tension would work but only temporarily. My husband met him but I was coming back after dropping my son off at High School. I was soo happy that this door closes on the first button pressed. I did not need any extra spring replacements or anything as other garage door professionals. |I was really impressed with the service and no more hassling with closing the automatic garage door. Thank you!

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a garage door tune-up for $39.00. The company was quite responsive and emailed me right away to arrange a date/time for the appointment. On the scheduled day, Brad from Overhead Door came out and set to work on my garage door, which had been having issues due to the cold weather. The first thing he did was to show me how to set the motor properly for warmer and colder months. Then he set about the tune-up and pointed out to me anything he thought needed replacing or that I should watch for in the future. He was extremely professional, patient and courteous and I am looking forward to having this company come out again when I am ready to proceed with the repairs Brad suggested.
