Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's Deal. |We've had work done by Overhead in the past at another home. | |This was a fresh install for new construction home. |We didn't want to pay for the builder's pricey opener option, so there was no existing opener or it's mounting brackets to start from. | |OGD's technician, Brad, was punctual, professional, very courteous and considerate of the home and work areas. |He was very knowledgeable, skilled and a good trainer -- as he walked us through the system and controls. | |I would absolutely hire OGD and Brad again. |Hopefully we won't need attention in this area for a long while, though. :^) |So I do recommend them. | |

Description of Work: The original appointment was for an inspection and tune up. After completing the inspection, Scott pointed out a couple of areas of concern without any pressure but he did explain what the costs would be if I did want to have the work done that day. I did have the work completed and everything works and sounds great.

I'm sorry there was a lack of communication. When you accept the tune up it gives us dates and times you prefer. We then respond accepting one of your choices and then it is scheduled. We should be calling before we just show up. Thank you for the review. We will do a better job next time. My apologies.
