They did a great job. The technician called just before he was going to arrive and showed up exactly when he said he would. We talked about the situation, he suggested the replacement device, estimated it would take about an hour and got to work. He finished early, synced our existing multi-door opening garage door remote to the new door, tested everything. He gave advice for maintenance for the new opener as well as the one for our other garage door, asked if I had any questions, cleaned up after himself and left. Quick, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for?

I scheduled them to come the next day at 11am. The technician arrived on time and completed the job in less than an hour. He was professional and courteous. I'd definitely call on them again.

Bought garage door opener with thoughts of installing myself. Old opener was functioning, but was an old variety with static security. Also the reverse security was not functioning either. After putting it together and realizing that I would need to at least modify if not entirely replace the support brace, I researched this company. Called first thing in the morning and they arrived that afternoon exactly as promised and done in about an hour. Modified support brace, installed accessories, and programmed extra keypad. Used better quality braces than those provided in the box at no extra charge. Couldn't ask for better service!

We got several estimates from contractors listed from Angie's list. We narrowed it down to 2 and let Overhead Garage Door come last as we had been using them for service on our garage doors previously. There was one other contractor that really impressed us and he was about $350 less in the estimimate. Overhead matched his price and and included the same or better qualtity materials. They let us use a credit card at no additional charge which allowed mileage plus points for future travel plans....much appreciated. I knew the qualtiy and service that Overhead would supply as we had used them in the past. Installation was fast, curteous and they leaned up well afterwards. Very satisfied all around. Would use again ans suggest their use to friends. Dealing with office personnel was very smooth and professional.

The door wasn't closing. We called in the morning, by 11am, they came by and in an hour did the work. Great job.

Everything went well. I just feel 2 months seems to me like a long time. I was told it would be 4-5 weeks. It was a very cold day when the doors were installed. It took about 3.5 hours to do the work. Clean up could have been better, but it was extremely cold.

A garage door opener failed. I called at 8AM and received same-day service. Scott immediately knew the problem, and gave me a "repair or replace" option. I chose to replace the opener. He did the work immediately, charged a fair price, and accepted the Angie's list coupon. I will probably use the same vendor when I replace my garage doors later this year.

Scott arrived on time and was friendly. He assessed the problem quickly and provided a quote right away. He said the job would take between an half hour to forty-five minutes. He was finished less than half an hour. Had the paperwork ready for me. Very satisfied with his professionalism and the work completed. Would highly recommend.

We called in the morning when we realized our door was broken. The technician was there about noon which was the time he was scheduled. We were pleased with the repair and the timeliness in which it was done.

Perfectly as always. I've used this company since 1988 and they have never, ever let me down. Further, they get the customer scheduled ASAP - and in emergencies (like if the opener won't work, for example) they get out within hours. They have also replaced both my garage door opener and the garage door itself and I've had zero trouble afterwards. Great company

I was very happy with the work Overhead Garage did. I was able to get a Tech to the house the same day. The tech analyzed the issue, and corrected everything that needed to be fixed. Bob went over everything he did after he completed the work. Sorry, it has taken me this long to complete a survey.

I called at 2:30, by 4 pm that same day technician arrived. Very polite, was done by 4:30 and I am very happy with the job.

Our technician was Brad. He was very prompt and very friendly. He did an excellent job and worked very quickly taking down the existing garage door opener and installing the new one. Afterwards he explained how the opener worked and took us through all the features. He even programmed the code for the outside keypad. He gathered up all the old parts and cleaned up before he left which was greatly appreciated! I will use them again when I need to have the springs adjusted. Price was exactly as quoted.

They were here within an hour of my phone call. He replaced both springs and my remote in about an hour. Scott was very nice and very professional....it was a great experiance.

They were very good about calling. They had one delay, but they kept us informed the whole time. At no time was their delay any kind of problem. They had a deal for $175.00 for one spring, and 250.00 for two springs. I used a 10% Angie's List coupon, and saved $25.00! I thought the price was right on the money. I know the springs don't cost that much, but I thought the price was good for the labor, travel expenses, and having them do it so I didn't have to. That is one of those tasks that I am afraid to do; I don't like all the energy that those springs store. It was a good experience. They came fast. It wasn't too high of a price, but not too low of a price, it is about what I expected. They advised me on new doors for future needs. I don't know how they could have done a better job for quality. They were very responsive. We had either next day or same day type service. They even adapted because the original service guy got delayed, so they had another service guy come and do the job a little later. They had a truck with all of the necessary tools and repair items that they could possibly need. They were definitely ready to do the job. It was so easy. I just called them, and then they took care of everything.

I called on a Friday morning and made an appointment for the next day to have a repairman come out and replace the torsion spring on our garage door. I was told he would be here between 9-11. He showed up around 8:45 with no phone call to let us know he would be early. The replacement of the spring went very quickly and efficiently - at most 30 minutes for everything - which was great. The repairman found the bottom lift brackets to be in bad shape and recommended I replace them and after looking them over I agreed. Thinking it was just a simple bracket on either side I didn't think to ask how much it'd be - my mistake. When it came time to pay I found the brackets to cost $75 for the pair!!! Since they were already installed I wasn't going to have him take them off so I just agreed to pay. I then did a search on the internet and had a hard time finding a pair of brackets for more than $10. So I was completely ripped off in that respect. And looking back it would have been very simple to replace them myself.

After looking at my garage door, the service guy showed me that I had two different sized springs and they should both be replaced. He suggested the heavy duty springs (larger) that were about $50 more than the standard springs I was quoted over the phone. I went with the larger springs and am very glad I did. My door no longer "struggles" to open and works like it should. The job from start to finish was less than 45 minutes - WOW! I asked about routine care, and the service guy spent about 5 minutes going through what I should look for and what to lubricate.

The entire repair took about 45 minutes start to finish. I can park in my garage again!
