The provider scheduled the appointment , via My Angie's a List account. They came out at the time and date scheduled. My garage door was inspected and they tightened some loose screws. It was rattling prior to their visit.

The appointment time was 8:00 am ,Scott, showed up at 8:00. He ajusted the overhead spring, balanced the door, and oiled all the moving parts of the door. He gave the garagedoor opener itself a once over and tested the door. I had a few qusetions that he answered for me and it was done. Scott was nice, and he left. The door is working well, the noise it was making [that I could not seem to get rid of myself] is gone. It took about 20 minutes, and for the price I paid through Angieslist I think it was worth it.

It went well, they found a problem that I had and they put new wires in for an additional cost, but when he took the old ones off I was able to see that they were frayed. I was very happy and they did a nice job.

It went really well. They arrived on time and performed then inspection. They provided some general maintenance tips and tuned up the garage door.

Mark called about 20 min in advance before showing up. Showed up on time in the window that the Company gave. Very pleasant and professional. Mark also took the time to explain why the door had been making loud noises and also explained what I should be looking for in the future (as well as preventive measures that I can be taking to avoid huge expenses down the road). Overhead Garage Door Company is definitely the company that I am going to call for any garage issues down the road.

The technician did a great job. I didn't realize how noisey and clattery the door was, but once he lubed it all up, it now operates much more smoothly and quietly. I am very glad I had this maintenance done! Good price too.

The service man was very professional and thorough. He said the doors and rollers were over 60 years old bud in excellent condition and as long as the garage door openers worked well there was no reason to change them.

I did not have to wait long for the appointment, he was right on time. He did not try to pressure me into buying anything else. My opener is close to 30 years old and he said that it should last me a while longer, but did give me a sheet with a good replacement and the price if I decided to have it installed. As I said no pressure at all, just informative. I like the way they operate and when the garage door needs fixing I will definitely be calling them.

Mark did a great job. He is friendly, professional, prompt, and took time to explain to me how I could do some routine maintenance to reduce need for frequent future visits.

first of all, the appointment was completely over the internet. it was quick, easy and very efficient. the service man came on time and went right to work. he was very pleasant and courteous. he explained everything and answered all my questions. he replaced a worn roller which was above and beyond a tune-up. he also explained some of the things that might need replacing in the future. I certainly know who to call in the future.

The service provider was very professional. He called to tell me he was on the way to my house and when to expect him. He showed me what he found on the inspection, and gave me some options (ie, waiting and doing nothing, replacing parts, etc) to improve the issue. He was not pressuring me into buying anything from him, which was excellent. I chose to have him replace some parts and the cost of the product and labor was very reasonable according to my prior experiences. The quality of the work was excellent. I am very pleased - my garage door is now much more quiet and stable than before the work.

Maintenance was completed as requested.

I had arranged for a garage door tune-up, but between then and the appointment, the door spring snapped on a weekend. I couldn't get my car out of the garage. I called Overhead Garage Door company, and a technician talked me thru the procedure to raise the door so I got my car out without having to pay the weekend emergency fee. The company then re-appointed soon for the repair. The person who did the repair was prompt, professional, and answered my questions. He did the tune-up procedures (oiling, etc.) even though that was not part of the repair call. He also applied the Angie's List discount. I did not have time to comparison-shop springs, but the cost of the spring and labor seems reasonable, and there is a 1-year warranty.

He came within the first hour of the 3 hour window that they gave me. Followed all instructions regarding calling me first. He was very professional and friendly. I will definitely call Scott at this company to take care of any future work I may need on my garage door. I am extremely satisfied with the work and all the people at this company that I dealt with.

The service went well. We're very happy with the service itself as well as the service technician. We purchased one door because we have single car doors, two of them. He was courteous enough to actually just do the other one while he was there. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were very courteous, came on time and did a nice job.

It worked out pretty well. The guy who did the service was pretty upfront and he told me everything that I needed to know. Whatever the minor tuneup that he said that he would do, he did it pretty well. There were some problems on the garage door and it was good that he was there so he fixed it right away. The work that he did turned out pretty well and my interaction with him went very well. I only spent for the price of the big deal. He suggested something that I might need to have repaired in the future but I would do that in the future and not now. He also came out to work within a couple of days or less than a week after I purchased the big deal.

It turned out just fine. He was punctual, friendly and efficient. He was just a nice guy. He knew what he was doing. Their pricing is excellent.

The work was completed quickly and he gave me the details on what was done and the overall condition of the doors. He did find one of the wheels sticking, which made the door open noisily. After he thoroughly lubricated the moving parts the door is much quieter. We were very happy with the results and would use this firm again in the future.

Purchased the Big Deal for garage door tune-up. Technician arrived on time and took care of our (rather noisy) garage door. Will definitely be calling upon them again for any future garage-door related needs.

I had a coupon for a garage door tune-up. Nathan came out and inspected my door, track, and motor. He lubricated all of the hinges and rollers. He made a slight adjustment to the motor's force sensor and also balanced the springs on the door. When he was all done, he cleaned up all of the extra oil with a rag. It he was super friendly, very informative, and did a great job. I'm very impressed. If I ever have any garage door issues in the future, I'll be calling Overhead Garage Door and asking for Nathan.
