It was very good. They were very responsive to accommodate my schedule more than anything else within a week. They were very conscientious and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I thought I needed a new seal on the bottom of the garage door and he told me I didn't need to do that and it would have been an expense that would really have served no purpose. I appreciated that and did a very thorough job and were very responsive and very polite servicemen.

It went well; told me I needed a new garage door, which I already knew, and left some brochures.

It's like we have a new door. It's now so quiet and smooth operating. New vinyl rollers were a great suggestion, and replacing top rails was a safety concern for me and timing was right to complete. The overall tuneup has ensured that the door will operate smoothly for quite some time.

The repairman was prompt and very helpful. It was a frustrating process because practically all of the equipment had to be replaced, but he remained until the job was done properly.

The rep did a great job and took extra time to answer several questions I had and made recommendations for how I could perform some simple maintenance myself in the future.

The provider arrived on time, was courteous, and did exactly what we paid for. It was a maintenance check; he oiled the springs, checked garage door opener, and advised us that it is working properly, but it is old and said we would soon need to replace the opener.

The repair visit went well. They were prompt and it cost exactly what was expected. I bought an Angie's List special for $49 and it was worth it. Although the door did not have any problems, it is much quieter now and runs more smoothly.

I ordered an Angie's List deal for my garage door with Overhead Garage Door. They promptly contacted me several times by email after I made the order and were very easy to find an accommodating date for the service. Mark from the company showed up and proceeded to do everything in about 20 minutes. He was extremely helpful in showing what needed to be done to keep the door in good operation so I could do it myself in the future. He also taped up the manual pull rope so it couldn't be used as a means of entry for thieves who break into garages. This was good to know since I've had my garage broken into twice in recent years. With good customer service and friendly, professional service people, I'll definitely call them in the future if my door needs any type of servicing.

Everything was perfect. We were very pleased that despite the inexpensive housecall for a garage door and opener tune-up, they did not try to sell us on expensive extra maintenance or repair work. They were on time, spent an appropriate amount of time and attention on the tune-up, and were able to solve our recurring problem of the door stopping half-way up--all for a very low price. And our door sounds half as loud as it used to. We will use them again!

It was excellent. The gentleman was knowledgeable, he didn't try to push any services or products. He was very polite.

There was a mix-up on the address for the work on first try. Apprarantly they did not see the "ship to" address I entered and went to my primary account address. Rescheduled for next day at proper location. Tune up on the two main grage doors, which included thorough oil application, explanation of doors in place including watch-outs, replaced one roller and provided remote battery replacement. Even did a little lubrication on a smaller back door. VERY pleased with the service and would recommend.

Came out on a Saturday morning - repair person very professional. Door is working great and much quieter when opening and closing. would definitely hire again for any garage work.

The service man said that he was to checkup only one door. My wife had paid for 3 doors (which I did not know at the time). With some pushing he called the main office and said he would do the other 2 doors for no charge since he was on site already. I gave him a tip for going the extra mile for me and doing the other doors. I'm now sorry about the tip since we got what we had paid for anyway.

Scheduling the appointment was very easy and the tech was on time. He was able to diagnose the problem in less than a minute. He gave me the option to repair or replace along with the cost for each. Apparently, there is a standard price for this type of repair. I decided to go with the repair as I should be able to get several mores years out of the opener. The repair itself went very quickly; it only took about 30-40 minutes. My only minor complaint is the price itself as $250 seems pretty high for a standard repair that takes so little time, however, I have nothing to compare it with.

So far, so good. Everything is operating properly.

When we need these replaced and/or repaired again we will definitely call these guys. He seemed very knowledgable and competent.

Glen was right on time. They said someone would be out between 9 and 11. He was there right at 9. He did the garage door tune-up, changed bulbs and made sure the key pad worked properly.
