It was fine. They also gave me a quote for a garage door opener. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. The scheduling was fine. The technician was very informative and straight-forward. He did not try to push any additional stuff on me that I did not need.

They were able to come out quickly. We couldn’t get the door open and they were able to get it open again. We felt like it was very affordable. They left no mess behind. It was an excellent experience.

Checked all the functions of the door including the garage door opener. They lubricated the tracks. The service tech was on time and pleasant. Explained what he did and performed the repairs and a fair price.

This was the second time I have used this company for a Big Deal and their service. This time they replaced a bad bearing and two broken brackets for $95 in addition to the Big Deal price. Total time spent on the tune up had to be 20 minutes at most. I am sure there was not much to check so it is not surprising that it went quickly. The door is much quieter I assume as a result of being lubricated. If I had only one minor complaint the serviceman put his "advertisement" sticker on the inside of my door (directly over the previous company's). I know this is something that most companies do for any service whether it be HVAC, plumbing, whatever. It is just something that I have found to be personally annoying that you are not asked before they slap a "bumper sticker" on your property.

They did a good job! It was a couple months ago. They came out and I was not satisfied with the guy who did the job, he was not very good. I called the company and complained to the lady. She explained to the owner. They sent a guy the following week, he gave me a free tube of lubrication. This kid did exactly I wanted. The Angie's List.com lists numerous functions that will be done to the garage door. This guy came out and thinks he is an expert, he just eyeballed everything and walked it. I called the company and spoke to the owner eventually. She said that she would send a new guy out. The second person came out and I read the duties and functions that were supposed to be done on the job, he showed me that he had done every one of them. I ordered extra services including putting metal strapping for the garage door since when it was closed you could still see light coming from outside. The guy came the very next week and was very empathetic. They responded to me very well. I would give them an 'A'. I am ignoring the first visit because the owner remedied the situation. I would use them again in the future.

I had accidentally ordered two, and once I had one refunded, he came out and was very helpful, and informative. He spent some time with me talking about insulating the garage door, because it was half way done, and the different options that I had. He also told me to lube everything, and told me that I could do it every 3 months. He was very friendly, and very helpful. The price was good.

It went exactly as planned. The provider was punctual, fixed the problem, and cleaned up. All was done in a timely fashion.

It went well. These are mostly marketing calls when you buy these super discounted tune ups. But at least I got a quieter garage door and a vendor I think I can trust should something go wrong. Kind of found it off putting that he put a sticker (with company's name and info) next to my garage door opener on the wall. I appreciate that this is basically a marketing call but you don't get to put stickers on my wall.

When I bought the deal online, I received an email from Overhead Garage within the specified 24 hour window. We arranged a time for the tune up to be done. The technician called ahead of time to finalize the details, go over any questions or concerns, etc. On the day, he called to let us know he was leaving to come to our place and would be there in about 20 minutes. He arrived a little before 8 as specified. I had to stay inside to get the kids ready, but when he finished the tune-up, he took the time to go over what he did and pointed out a few issues that don't need to be fixed, but should be monitored.

I was absolutely thrilled with the gentleman who visited. He walked me through how I can maintain the door myself. Showed me everything he was doing and couldn't have been nicer. It may seem generic but as a new home owner I feel vulnerable and he did not try to sell me or pressure me into anything and even took the time to educate me. Very, very happy.

I bought a deal for a full garage door checkup. They came on time and checked everything, even adjusting to make the door quieter. Very fast and reasonably priced!!!! I would definitely call them for any future work.

Overhead Garage Door was good. I wasn't home when they came, my wife talked with them. From what she said, everything went perfectly fine. They were responsive and were on time. My wife didn't have any problems with them.

The openers are twenty years old but in excellent condition. Scott informed me of my options if needing replacement in the future. Very personable. Will definitely contact if needing additional work.

Provider was friendly and provided me with information about how to upkeep my door. Provider provided me with his recommendations about other services that I may be interested in, but did not try to "hard sell" me on them. Completed all work in a timely and competent manner. I would use again.
