Quickly set up an appointment after I bought the $39 deal to have the door oiled and checked. Nathan arrived on time to do the work. It turned out that my door needed a lot more work than just oiling. Nathan explained everything that needed done and why. My door was not properly attached to begin with and was in possible danger of collapsing at any time. He repaired my door and also replaced a burned out light socket in my garage door opener (an electrician told me it would take hours to figure out why the light wasn't working). My door is no longer, wobbly, dangerous or making tons of racket, sounds smooth and quiet! Very pleased!

He was extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, courteous. He was just a great guy who came out. Their price was very reasonable. I would most definitely use them again.

Fabulous service. Rep arrived on time and worked quickly to clean and check our garage doors and openers. He walked me through everything he did and everything he saw. He was very nice and explained things in an easy-to-understand manner. He recommended a few things and walked me through the costs. He didn't push anything on us that we didn't need and was clear to tell me there were older parts that we had that were still working and didn't need to be updated at this time. I would definitely use them again.

In addition to that, we had an issue with our garage door not closing all the way to the ground. The provider got on the phone with our specific garage door manufacturer to get instructions on how to fix the problem. He addressed a couple other minor questions we had. There was no extra charge for this service.

The technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional. After inspecting the door and oiling due to noisy squeaks, he gave me feedback. All in all the process was very quick. I would use this company again if I have future issues.

This is the second time I have used this company. Previously they replaced the garage door opener. This time they replaced the large center spring for the garage door. The spring snapped on the weekend. I called and left a message with the answering service, who were very helpful. They offered emergency service on Sunday, but I opted to wait for Monday. I also sent a service request on Angie's List. I received both a phone call and a return phone call first thing on Monday morning. They gave me an arrival time, and the technician called to say he would arrive during the promised time frame. He did the repairs and checked all the operation of the door and the opener. I am very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

It was good. It took about 20 to 30 minutes for tune up. Everything went normal. I would use them again.

Called an hour before with ETA. He performed all the services per agreement and explained as he was doing it. Also told me how I can maintain it on my own and what type of oil to use for the door. Only took abut 30 minutes.

It looked like the garage opener chain was slipping so I bought the tune up from Angie's list. It turns out there was a part that needed replacing. The guy was new but once he learned we had the tune up, he fixed a part and tuned up both the doors for $100.

It was good. He was very timely and answered all of my questions. He even did a little extra thing for me too, free of charge. Very nice gentleman.

It went fine but we had some additional work that made the cost a little more expensive.

A spring on my garage door broke today. I searched Angie's list and pulled a coupon for Overhead Garage Doors after seeing their A rating. I called and was amazed when they said I could get service within?90 minutes. Just like that my garage was running again. The serviceman also lubed the hinges and adjusted the opener for me. Can't ask for a quicker response. The coupon saved me 10%.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained how it needed to be repaired. He repaired it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely hire this service again.
