He came when he said he would. He was only here about 10 minutes and I wasn't watching him but I assume he did what was necessary. I certainly have no complaints.

He did what was advertised. But once he arrived, I realized the service call wasn't necessary. There was nothing wrong with my door. I bought the check up to make sure there wasn't a problem, but as soon as I realized he was only doing a visual inspection, I realized he wasn't going to tell me anything I didn't already know. I should have saved the service call for when I know there's a problem with the door.

Technician was on time, worked fast, did excellent work and provided good advice and information for future maintenance.

In order to correct the crookedness of the door, the service provider took his time, and dismantled the door to correct the issue. He also lubricated, inspected and adjusted the door. It is running beautifully! I am thrilled with the service received. I recommend them highly.

Excellent communication prompt arrival and very professional bsaervice

I purchased 2 of the Angie's list deals for garage door safety check and tune up. Provider scheduled appointment quickly, arrived on time and performed the service purchased. Technician was friendly and cleaned up all materials and waste. Garage doors are operating much better, quieter and safer now. Was worth the price.

I would definitely use Overhead Garage in the future. They were courteous and did the job professionally and completely. At the time of scheduling, I thought I would have to replace the door opener unit, but they were able to "tune-up" the opener. I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you.

He was friendly, prompt , quick and gave me advice concerning the door and opener.

My tech was very professional. He called me to let me know he was on his way. Explained all that he would be doing and why. Asked me about the insulation put on the garage door and explained that he would make sure the door is balanced, also checked springs and had to do some adjusting on them, oiled the rollers on the track. He told me everything was in good shape. He told me I just needed to oil the rollers once in a while and I would be good to go, Throughout the whole process I found him to be very thorough. I was very pleased and happy to find this offer on Angie's List.

Rob arrived just a few minutes after 9 am (we had a window of between 9 am and 11 am). He checked both garage doors, springs, cables, etc. and greased/oiled where necessary. He said all was in pretty good shape and nothing else was needed. However the rubber door seal on one of the garage doors needed to be replaced (torn and drooping) and he replaced it for $64. So the total was 2 x $39 for 2 doors (Angies List special) plus $64 for the seal - $142. Would definitely use again. Very friendly, answered all questions, and kept me informed as he worked.

Purchased a garage door tune up for $39, but the technician observed further issues. Given how many issues I had with the person who installed the garage door opener, I was not surprised so I paid the additional funds to improve the issues.

I was having issues with the garage door, shaking, not closing all they way. The service person arrived right on time and completely fixed all the issues. Garage door operates like new. No hidden costs, did all the work for the quoted price. I will definitely use them in the future.

Late for appointment - did good work on arrival

Great job. Garage door would stick, sometimes it would reverse for no apparent reason at all. These guys came by, lubed the tracks, adjusted the tension springs, and made some torque modifications to the unit. All for the big deal purchase of $39. The garage door has been perfect ever since. Thanks!

I knew my garage door was in rough shape. One of the wheels fell off over the winter and it would not work a lot of the time during the winter. For $39.00 he tuned up the garage door and for $75.00 he replaced a the bad wheels which there were a lot of. He also tightened some things up and showed me how to adjust the opener for operation in the winter. My garage door is now smooth and quieter and faster than it has ever been!

He called right after we bought the online coupon and was very prompt in setting up the appointment. The tune-up was done well and he recommended a new part to replace a broken one he found. The part cost very little so we were pleasantly surprised.

Brad the tech showed up right on time. Took him no more than half hour to do the maintenance on my garage door, greasing rollers, springs hinges and balancing door along with checking out the garage door opener. He was very professional and nice guy. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will be using their services again for future work.

They showed up past the time of the appointment window, but everything else went well.

The technician was prompt and efficient. It took about twenty minutes. He said I was fine for now. The next likely service would be to replace all 10 bushings. When I came to the garage to check his progress, he had remove the sticker and contact information for my normal service provider without my permission. He stuck his company's info in it's place. I resented that. I will continue to use the services of my regular company.

Very limited experience with this contractor but if they are a "preferred" Angie's List contractor, I'm sure the work they performed was done appropriately.
