It was excellent from start to finish. He also re-adjusted the safety sensors that I had been having trouble with for months.

Bob B came up and found that the garage door needed oiling and the spring needed to be adjusted. He diagnosed that 2 of the ropes which hold the garage door were rusty and hence needed $35 each change. He also charged me half hour labor for changing these ropes. I do not think I should have been charged the extra half hour because I was already paying for his visit. Any how I think I was over charged for the entire thing.

He showed up on time, and was done in 30 minutes! It was awesome. The Garage door works great now!

Good communicator. Prompt and efficient service. Lubricated all rollers and hinges as well as the opener drive. Greatly implored operation.

Had we known about this earlier, we would have saved hours of work attempting to figure how to program our garage door openers and sensors. We had installed a new garage door motor and track, but could never get the buttons to work nor the remotes. Provider was able to align the sensors and tune it up in no time flat. The pro knew all of the ways to troubleshoot that are not documented in the terrible manuals that exist for these devices.

Scheduling and confirming the appointment were both easy. I was given a time window of 10-1 and Rob showed up before 11am. He listened to me carefully and then went to work. Very thorough and he explained everything he was doing every step of the way. The door is old but he was very diligent in getting it to work properly and smoothly. Nice guy!

Robert was prompt and professional. He was able to assess the issue immediately doingthe repairs and tune up efficiently. The door has never been quieter. Great work - and we will use their services again.

He called 15 minutes prior to arriving. Actually came a little early. Was very professional. I bought this for my son for his garage. A cable was hanging down, he re-attached it. Made sure everything was working and good to go! Very nice! Would use again. Didn't try to sell me extra stuff. I asked him to install safety cables in case the springs ever shot off of there. It's an older garage door...

On time, efficient, and professional. I used them again in the spring for more extensive repairs (garage door spring, weatherstripping), and they were equally prompt, fast to complete the work, and professional. I would hire them again for any garage door maintenance.

My door worked before and it works now. Not really sure what I got for $39. Would have liked to have been there to see.

They were a little price cheap but they were great. They were very professional and good. They charged about $300 to $400. I used them at the beginning of the year. They came very fast, got stuff done very fast and it was quality work. I would use them again in the future.

Mark arrived on time and opened and closed the garage door to hear where the noise was coming from. He lubricated all moving parts And adjusted the chain. He explained everything he was doing. The motor was making a lot of noise but, Mark sprayed and adjusted it and it has not made any noise since. Mark is the best!

The work went very well - I was so pleased. The technician was very friendly and helpful and explained what he was looking for at each step so that I could keep an eye on the door maintenance myself. He also taught me how to align the door sensors. The service was on-time and very quick and the door has been working like a charm for six months. He realized our stationary rollers were very worn out, so he recommended replacing them and gave me a quote and explained the work. That sounded good to me, so he went ahead and replaced those. He also had a few spare parts in his truck so he replaced the door button and light bulb covers free of charge. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be calling Overhead Garage Door again when I need more service!

The technician, Rob, was on time and friendly. While he was working, it did not overly concern me that everything he did was while he was inside the garage with the door closed and I was on the other side so I did not see him actually perform any work. He told me he lubricated all the moving parts and checked that the door was balanced, I did see him check the button for opening the door as well as check the eyes (those at my request). When he drove his truck out of the alley, he was driving very slowly so he could not have failed to notice the street was one way. As he slowly pulled out of the alley he turned and deliberately turned the wrong way on the one way street in order to turn east at the next side street. I immediately called the company and spoke with Amber. Although she listened to my information about Rob's driving the wrong way, her attitude did not convey to me that she was really going to do anything. And, Rob's unsafe, illegal and dangerous driving actions, along with Amber's apparent unconcern, make me now question whether work was performed, whether it was performed correctly and whether it was performed completely.
