Called 10 minutes before arrival. All work was done in 45 minutes - much faster than I expected. Had all tools and parts available, even though I threw him a curveball with unexpected situation (broken spring). Billing was quick too. Garage door has NEVER sounded so quiet. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone.

I knew that my garage door would need more than just the normal maintenance. It's an older door that was noticeably making strange noises to the point where I didn't like anyone to be in the garage when it was closing. Bob from Overhead was prompt, very courteous and professional, and was sure to walk me through his thought process on what was happening with my garage. After the maintenance and necessary repair work (which I might add he performed surprisingly quickly but thoroughly) my garage purrs not roars when it opens. Use these guys!

The initial work went great and the door was working smooth and quiet for the first couple of months. Then the door began to be noisy again and rough on the opening and closing limits. So whatever the tech did was very short lived. I guess you get what you pay for.

We tried to replace the broken torsion spring ourselves and did the job correctly but we were sold the wrong springs which could be really dangerous. Scott came in, measured springs, advised we had wrong ones. He removed the ones we had installed, installed the correct ones and had us up and running in about 45 minutes.

They offered an appointment within 24 hrs, arrived on time, young guy with excellent knowledge and skills. Courteous and friendly, gave some good advice to our questions. When we need service again, we will certainly call them, and will recommend to others.

Servicer showed up on time and was extremely professional. Garage door sounds better when it opens and closes. Did not try to up sell me on any other services or products. Just let me know that I might have an issue with some springs down the road. If I needed my garage door replaced or needed the operator serviced I would use this company.

Punctual on arrival, called prior. My cables, pullies had broken and decided to just replace the whole door. Not the electric garage door opener which was fine. If I didn't want to wait a month, it was an extra $100 to install ina week which was okay. Install went fine. Door looks good. Only weird aspect was that the installer told me it didn't come with an interior door handle but when I called the company after, they sent a tech out next day to install one (no charge). So good customer service. They called to follow up and see how it went. Didn't try to upsell a door with windows or other bells and whistles which I appreciated. Only reason I rated a B on the price was because I didn't comparison shop so I don't have any idea if it was a good price or not.

We did use it but I was not very happy with the Deal. I was actually expecting more. Coordinating the time was not a problem but when the technician came, he just literally sprayed to that and I could have probably gone to Home Depot myself and got it. He was literally like oiling your door. I mean if you have a creaking hinge, how you would oil your door. There is a lot of difference in saying, I am going to come and oil your garage hinges to I am going to do a tuneup to a garage. He gave me a technician report and in that he clearly mentioned he was in and out in 10 minutes. He signed it himself and then I kept asking him, I said, you know my garage is making these noises and what can I do? What kind of tuneup are you going to do? Do you know what my garage really needs? And he said,well this is what I've come here for. He sprayed two different kinds of tubes, one into the hinges and one into the socket that sits on the pulley which the garage door pulls in and that was it. He closed and opened the garage door a couple of times and he said, obviously it is going to get lubricated within 5 openings. It is going to get completely lubricated so I know what that is going to do. He didn't do justice for what I paid and what he did. I didn't pay him anything. He seemed knowledgeable but it was as if somebody had really restricted him in doing anything more than just applying these two things on the garage door and walking away from that place.

He came at the scheduled time and tuned-up our garage door. The job was done in about 30 min. The garage door is still working well. The provider was very experienced, capable and we are very satisfied with his service.

He came on time and found the problem with my garage door. He fixed it and then did everything as described. I will use them again.

The service person was courteous and inspected all parts to the garage door. He changed the battery in my door remote for a $10. Very pleased with service.

Kevin is amazing. We are in the middle of a large renovation that has been very stressful and Kevin has taken the edge off. We ordered a rather expensive custom door and he took his time and made sure we did everything right. He even help us turn around a couple of contractor related issues! They have made multiple stops at out house for measuring, installation and follow up just to make sure we are happy with the final product. Not that I buy garage doors often (it is my first and hopefully last) but would work with him again in a heartbeat.

The service tech. was very personable and told me that we would probably need a new opener pretty soon because the chain was loose and he could tell one of the bearings was not in good shape. Made a suggestion to look at Cosco for a new opener because they have very good deals and that I could have them install it, or I could just contact them to have a new one installed when they old one breaks. I appreciated his information about the new types of garage door openers.

One #my garage door opens when it touches the ground, it takes 3 times to close, the reason I called was a tune up and adjusting the tension, instead they made more off the springs, cant find the phone #.

It was fine. They did a good job. I thought he did a really good job. He knows what he's doing. They did a good job.

The service went very well. He was great.

OK, Arrived on time Oiled the torsion bar on the left side of the garage then oiled the torsion bar on the right side of the garage. Greased the track both sides. Oiled each roller on each side of the garage Adjusted selected hinges Tested Garage door for smooth running both up and down. Got back in truck and left the premises, 20 minutes after arrival. Garage door is now quiet again,

The service went well. The serviceman explained everything that he was doing and was very courteous and professional. He called when he was on his way. He made some suggestions for possible future improvements that could be made but was not pushy. I would definitely use this company in the future and make referrals.
