It's okay. After he left, it was noisier in the garage than before. They're on time.

This was a $39 big deal purchase. It was okay; it was very quick and there was not anything really major that they did. It was fine. They came out right after I bought the deal. I think, literally, he was here for five minutes. It was really, really quick.

Fast, clean, professional. No complains.

The technician showed up in a timely manner. Was initially there just for a tune-up, but pointed out some other issues, like the limiter not working correctly (he replaced it). Also pointed out that there was a small crack that was forming in the center of one of the panels. It was putting a lot of stress on the door when in the upright position and the strut across the back of the door was bent. He installed a new strut to strengthen the door. He explained every thing he was doing and the exact costs involved. Now we have strengthened garage door that is runs smooth and is way less squeaky. Good experience for sure.

The service went great. The work was performed by a very experienced (30+) technician. He made the door work much smoother and eliminated a mystery squeak. Also he pointed out that our door (Basic contractor grade) is starting to tear in some places. However, was also quick to add we did not need to replace the door now as there still life in this door. Also gave a quote for a new door down the road which would be a door a step up from what we have with insulation on the inside.

My garage door opener called it quits the night before and I called Overhead Garage Door the next morning around 8AM. They were able to schedule a same day appointment to replace my old Lift Master with a new one with two FOBs, wireless entry and an internet gateway. Bob showed up on time and did the work efficiently. All this and they offer 10% off on the total for Angie's List members. Since I don't like parking on the street too much this was most excellent.

I called in the morning and asked for a service appointment to come fix the broken spring in our garage door. The service person (Bob) was at our house within an hour and had the repair completed within 30 minutes of arrival. It was a completely painless process and I felt they were reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

Tech arrived on time and performed services as agreed. i will use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Great -- tech was very friendly, informative and walked me through everything he was doing. He also provided tips for what I can do a couple times a year for maintenance. My keypad had a short in it, and he offered to replace it with a new one and install on the spot for the going rate of keypads, which was very convenient for me.

Very courteous and did a good job.

Called on a Friday as I could see the spring on my door had broken. They had someone here on Saturday after giving me plenty of timeslot options. The rep, who's name escapes me was, very courteous, professional and quick. He was in and out in about an hour. He also readjusted the force on my door since something got thrown off when the spring broke. I would highly recommend Overhead.

Scott performed the work. He arrived on time and was very professional. The service request was for an overall inspection based upon a special pricing deal. I also specifically wanted him to look at why our door didn't close when it is very cold. He thought it was either the sensors or something with the main opener unit. Within minutes he said it was not the main unit, that it had some parts replaced from a past year, and that it was the sensors. He could have told me it was the main unit and I wouldn't have know any better which would have cost a few hundred more. He had the parts he needed with him. He replaced the sensors, tightened some bolts on the door opener and lubricated parts of the assembly. Everything has worked fine since then, and we have had no further issues during very cold spells (Chicago).

I was contacted the very next day by Overhead Garage Door Inc. after purchasing the garage door opener install special on Angie's List, and was pleasantly surprised they were able to schedule the install for that very same day! Scott arrived as promised and efficiently removed the old and installed the new opener in just over an hour. The package was a great deal, including 2 openers, a wireless exterior keypad, and an internet interface (user to install to computer), plus the standard wired wall switch. My wife and I are happy to comfortably open/close the door again from inside our vehicles, especially during the latest cold spell. Thanks again to Overhead Garage Door for the prompt service!
