Exelent the appoiment was at 8am and the guy came at 8am sharp.

They came out on time on Friday, adjusted the springs and motor, and lubricated all the moving parts. Come Monday, the garage door is no longer working (Car stuck in the garage and the garage door spring has snapped) and they want over 200 dollars to come back out. Alternatively, we can call back in the morning and get put on the schedule for a future date at a minimum of 125 dollars just to come out.

Called in the morning, received appointment for that same afternoon, Scott had everything reset within a few minutes, working perfectly. Oiled the door. Explained what might have happened, explained how to set/reset keypad and remote in the future, etc. Also adjusted the door so it closes more securely. A little high for the house call but understand you pay for conveniences that you need working. Great experience!

Ok, we had to buy a new unit. We could have repaired, but ours was 15 years old and its age was showing.

Great, called right away after purchased the "deal" scheduled promptly, arrived promptly and was thorough. Gave tips to maintain door and checked and oiled everything thoroughly. Door was making a noise, he clean the door and the noise stopped. Told us may recur and how to address. So far so good

I personally didn't like this company. I spent more than 20 minutes on the phone with the receptionist explaining how I lived 2.5 hours away and what my expectations were. The lazy technician came out and put some oil, and so called adjusted the door. I asked them to call me and quote me prices to get the sensors replaced in addition to getting a couple of new remotes. My neighbor let the technician in and told him to let her know when he was finished, he left without saying a word to my neighbor and also left my darn garage door open. No I never received the phone call regarding prices, just a note on the freaking invoice saying that the sensors were mounted incorrectly(what I already told receptionist prior to setting the appointment). im not sure why Angies List have this company as an A rating, needs to be at least a D rating.

The technician arrived a few minutes early. What a pleasant surprise! He tuned up both garage doors and provided me with a detailed report. I was very pleased with the service and also the technician. I would definitely contact this company again.

Very well. After purchasing offer, received call to schedule. Eric arrived early-he had called beforehand to confirm it was ok to arrive early- and resolved a problem due to a loose chain. Door was working before but emitted a dreadful scraping noise each time it opened or closed. Now it operates smoothly. I would use this company again.39

it was an excellent experience. My garage door was not working properly and prior to the technician arriving, I thought I was going to need to have parts replaced, The garage door would not close on some occasions when I tried to close it in the car, using the remote control. I would have to get out of the car and close the door using the main override switch/button. The technician merely realigned the photo sensors and now the door works fine. Also, the courtesy light that comes on when the door opens was no longer activating; the technician also adjusted that and it works fine now, too. The technician, Brad K., was prompt and very professional. He did not try and sell me stuff I didn't need and left with the garage door working as it is supposed to. I couldn't be happier with the result.

It went great. I was given the standard 3 hour window (9-12). Bob called about 9:30 and was at my house about 15 minutes later. He did a round of checks to make sure that everything was functioning properly, then realigned the door, lubed it up and went on his way. Overall, a great experience.

First of all, before I bought this garage door tune-up offer, I called the OVERHEAD office to ask if they could do more that the tune up.I explained that the two sliding parts of our garage door rail had disconnected and that I've been opening the garage door manually for the past week. Their office staff told me that the service provider could reinstall the rail assembly. My husband had already purchased new "couplers" (sp) that he believed were needed to replace the bent ones he found on the floor when the door opener originaly broke. When the provider arrived, my husband & I greeted him and told him that the door opening mechanism was broken and handed him the new "couplers"to use, which at the time was all we thought we needed to reconnect the rails .My husband went back to mowing the lawn, and I went inside the house. The provider was on his own. Later Iwent to offerd him a cold drink which he declined. At that time I noticed he was still working on realigning the bottom of the garage door to the floor, which is part of the special offer. He was nowhere near working on re-attaching or working on the door opener. About 15-20 minutes later he comes to my back door and hands me the bill for $125.00 and told me he couldn't fix the garage door opener because he had replaced the broken "couplers" and it still came apart. He then added that he noticed one of the sliding rails was also bent and he couldn't fix it. I questioned why I would have to pay the whole $125 when in fact he had not fixed it and he should have determined earlier on that the door opener was beyond repair. He responded by saying "I'm not psychic. I can keep trying but I'll have to charge for more time". I called the OVERHEAD office and was told that I could have a 10% discount. I paid $112.50 with my credit card. But it did bother me. Won't use again!

Their employee was on time, completed the work in 45 minutes, explained what he completed, answered our questions and the door works well and is quiet again.

The work was done perfectly and included advise on proper distance between lights for best effect.

He came and took a look at the mechanism. He made the needed adjustments. Couldn't be happier.

Arrived at schedule time. Installed new opener in the time frame given. Very professional and made sure i was satisfied with service provided. Also fixed my issue of miss aligned railed and showed me how to fix rubber bottom of the door. Would recommend to friends and family.

Wife was concerned about garage door breaking so using Angie's list coupon had Overhead came to look. Glenn arrived at the early part of the appoint window on a Saturday. He was very nice, professional and friendly and started working right away. He was explaining to us the different components and fine tuned some settings. To our relief he also let us know the garage door was just fine no issues. Overall was a pleasant experience.

Door had been making clicking noises and he was able to diagnose the noises and bring door back to perfect running condition. He reviewed his work with me and showed me problems that he fixed. Person was very knowledgeable about garage door operation and very good at explaining. I was very satisfied with the service.
