We have lived in our house for about 3.5 years. The garage is about 25 years old and this appears to be the original garage door opener. The gentleman adjusted the door so it works smoothly and noted that the opener is about 25 years old and may need to be replaced, but he said that as long as it continues to work not to replace. Very honest. Did a good job.

I would give them A's throughout. It was about $60 but we ended up needing our whole garage door to be replaced. The ydid a good job, got it installed and it works ten times better than before.

It was real good. They did everything I expected. They gave me some good tips on maintaining my door. I talked with him about a new opener. He gave me some information on what they offer. All in all, the service that I asked for, it was well worth the money. He was very prompt and he got here right when he was supposed to.

It was everything I expected and I was satisfied. He came out when we set the schedule. I was satisfied with the end results.

All went fine. Only hiccup was someone forgot to call and tell us when the installation was scheduled. Installers arrived as my wife was leaving for work. We ended up leaving them to work on their own.

He cleaned the side panels that had bugs which sometimes prevented the door from opening and closing properly. He arrived on time and worked quickly.

Technician was a no-nonsense professional who knew his business. He phoned ahead, arrived on time, worked efficiently, paid attention to detail. Doors are running like tops. No complaints. Quite satisfied with how this turned out.

It went really well, they were on time and very transparent with what options I had for a new key pay for the door (which I knew I had to pay for separately from the Angie's List tune up). The technician was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of tips and information on keeping up my garage door.

After having to contact them (they did not have a record of the Big Deal purchase), they were very professional. They gave me options for scheduling. Eric called me when he was on his way and arrived on-time. I asked him for 2 new remotes along with the purchased service, which he provided on the spot. He was helpful and communicated well. All around good experience.

excellent - no problems for the past year.

very well. Bob arrived a bit late (20 min). but no big deal. He performed a thorough safety check on my garage door (auto reverse functions). showed my how to manually open the door. Lubed the parts. door is now smooth as silk without any squeaks.

Very well. Found a few areas that needed to be tweaked. Found some loose bolts and nuts. Needed some lubrication. Door is now running very smooth and quiet.

Luckily I didn't need much done to my doors so it felt like I just paid to get WD-40 sprayed at all the joints. The other good thing is I was able to get a lot of questions answered so at least I got educated a bit.

Door travels much smoother and quieter. Very pleased with pleasant tech and results of service.

The needed to replace a pulley and grease the chain and wheels. I think the price paid was worth the work done.

Could not have gone any quicker or easier. We arrived home in the early afternoon to find that the garage door would not operate (when attempting to open, would only open a few inches and stop). Recognized the problem immediately upon entering the garage; the main spring over the door was obviously broken. I called Overhead Door (with whom we've had previous service done) to request repair ASAP. The person who answered the phone said they had a tech in the area and he would give us a call within the hour to arrange a time to repair. He called within about thirty minutes and subsequently arrived about twenty minutes later. Within an hour the spring was replaced, the whole door system was serviced and lubed and we were operational once again.

no one ever called. a waste of time and money to even buy anything from you. This is the 2nd tme I've tried your specials. In both cases, couldn't get anyone to come out. What a waste and poor service.

Overhead Garage Door Inc., was quick to get me scheduled for an install. The installer showed up early and did a great job on install as well as informing me of how to deal with any issues that could possibly arise, and he got the job done in a little over an hour!

Great! I had no trouble getting an appointment and the repair technician (Scott) arrived fairly early within the appointment window. We discussed the situation and Scott explained the different repair-vs.-replacement options with me, and then went ahead with the repairs. It took about half an hour and my garage door now looks and sounds smooth as silk. I should have done this months ago!
