Work was done quickly and efficiently. Their technician was able to diagnose our issues with the existing garage door quite readily and warned us against repairs as the springs and opener had failed and the door was already starting to bow. We figured this was the case and were planning to replace the door anyway. They let us utilize two of their Angie's List deals with no problem. Even gave us decent tips regarding maintenance. Would definitely use again.

Everything worked out well. The tech showed up on time, adjusted and checked out my opener and figured out the problems I had been having with the outside keypad. He re-programmed the keypad, checked out my car remotes and even left me re-programming guide in case I had future problems. I would call this firm again.

I can't remember his name but the technician arrived promptly at the agreed time early on a Saturday morning. In less than an hour he had installed the garage door opener and went over all the procedures associated with it's function and operation. He was friendly and professional and the garage door opener has worked flawlessly since I had it installed two months ago. Would definitely recommend this company again.

Ended up being charged $ 117 in addition to $80 that I already paid for both deals Feel disappointed as I could get same service for $100 and not for almost $200

They charged $225 to replace a plastic gear and sprocket set. The original charge for maintenance on the door and opener was an additional $39 paid thru Angie's list. After Eric left on Friday we discovered our opener didn't work. We had to wait until Monday for them to come out again to check the opener for which they told us there would be no charge. I was unable to be there so my 85 year old mother dealt with Rob who sold her a new opener for $50 and told her she needed the bottom of the door sealed for $25 more. I would not have agreed to either of these charges. I found the same exact opener online for $22. After calling in they agreed to come pick up the opener and give us a refund plus 10% off the previous work because we are Angie's List members. I feel that Rob took advantage of my elderly mother and I now I wonder: if they marked up the price on the opener over 100% how much did they mark up the price of the plastic gear and sprocket set. I also wonder if it was a coincidence that our opener which worked fine before their service call suddenly stopped working after they touched it.

It was good! No problems! They didn't charge anymore than the Big Deal price. We scheduled it right away so that was good. The price is reasonable and they were professional.

Door technician arrived promptly. Completed tuneup. Door operates quietly after tuneup. Technician also provided information which was helpful with remote programming. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I called yesterday and Technician Rob came out this morning. I had Sears out about 4 weeks ago for another issue and Rob pointed out an issue with Sears' work and it solidified my belief that Sears was not worth hiring anymore. Rob explained the issue, fixed it promptly and did a tuneup of the rollers and door for me. The opener now works well, the emergency cable is connected correctly and the entire door is much quieter than it was. I also understand the mechanics of the whole setup which is nice to know.

The guy was punctual and efficient.

Scott arrived promptly, asked key questions about how I wanted the install and then quickly installed the opener in the promised hour.

They arrived on-time, worked diligently, and answered any questions I had regarding the products. The individual completing the service was extremely professional. I will be using them again for any garage appliance needs.

The Technician was professional, nice, on time. The door functions much better than before. However, one detail was overlooked, The door closes nearly all the way to the ground, but stops just an inch or so short. We didn't notice this when he did the project, but it was that way later that day and ever since. It's probably a small adjustment that can be made to allow the door to close all the way, but I'm sorry that detail got missed by Overhead Garage Door.

It went really well. They were very straightforward and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. Also, they got every hing done really quickly.

It went well. The technician was timely, professional, and took time to explain what the problem was and how to avoid future problems. Took care of the problem so quickly I couldn't believe it.

Consultation was great. I was presented with clear description of the issues with my old door and options for replacement. Only thing that happened as a scheduling mixup. They showed up to install just as my wife was leaving for work. We were not called ahead of time with the schedule. We allowed them to do the install without us there and all was fine.
