She worked with me on an issue I had with someone else maybe needing to get his car out of my garage and arranged for someone to come sooner than later. The communication to me was great, and the technician arrived just when she said he would. The technician, Lukasz, showed me what was wrong and how he would fix it. He was very pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions, showed me things I needed to know and went above and beyond to tape a broken part for me. My brother told me to call them and I would recommend them to anyone myself.

A+ service. I had inadvertently bought an extension kit that was too long to work with the new garage door opener and my current garage layout. However, I wasn't charged for the inital visit where the technician, Lukasz, determined this, even though it was my error. The appointment was promptly rescheduled for the day after the correct extension kit arrived, and work was completed precisely and timely. Lukasz also mentioned some other things he noticed about our garage layout as an FYI, not an upsell, which I appreciated as well. Outstanding service and I will definitely do business with this company again if I have a need.

Very well. The repair technician did a thorough and efficient job, and explained everything concerning the garage door motor and tracks clearly. He also found some damage to the tracks that we were unaware of. The repairs would have been less expensive if the garage door problem had happened on a weekday, but these things happen when you least expect them. Overhead Garage Door was there when we needed them and they are very reliable.
