It went great! He was nearby when I called, so came the same day, and brought all his equipment in the van. He checked our 10 year-old door, and did lubrication and tightening of things. He helped me change my security code. Everything was fine.

He checked all aspects of the garage door and made adjustments as necessary. The door opens quietly, and closes securely. We would definitely use Overhead again, and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The tech was very deliberate in check parts, alignment, opening and closing, and lubricating moving parts. He even made sure there were no drips from the lubricated parts. I assumed that I needed a new seal along the bottom of the door. Not so, and he explained why not. Also told me what to look for to determine when I did need to replace it. I had no problem with him putting a label on the wall next to the push button. I won't loose the phone number. I am very careful with my recommendations; this is a no brainer.

Fantastic, from the response setting up the appointment to the technician's phone call with ETA to the complete professionalism of the check-up. We had this door installed 18 years ago and it was pretty noisy and wobbly. Its now quiet and smooth and my remote works.

Brad showed up exactly when he said he would, was super professional and efficient. He even changed a burnt-out light bulb for me.
