Very satisfied. Called on Tuesday & requested a Wednesday morning appointment - technician arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem was a broken spring, gave a quote, and replaced the spring. Also did a little door maintenance that was needed. Very pleased, will recommend. Only issue is that I forgot to use my 10% off coupon available to members - certainly not their fault.

The repair was exactly as offered. However, the garage light DOES NOT stay ON when the opener is activated. Neither does the light COME ON when one walks pass the safety lights detector on both sides of the garage. It never had either of those problems before the technician's intervention. Because I have a gait handicap/disability, I bump into things in the garage going to and from the house entrance because I can't see objects well without the light being ON, as it had always been for the twelve (12) years since we bought this house. This is now a "safety issue" for me upon entering and leaving my home at night. Thanks. Cheryle

Seem better but still not 100%. Doors open smoothly some days, other days seem to stick. Will probably have them come back and recheck.

I told him my key pad was not working. He did not test it or try a new battery. I should have asked him to do this.

Estimate was made, however the pure black color option was not available so we went with a different installer.

I was very pleased. Estimator was very helpful and while it has only been a week or so I believe the work done on the door was high quality. Both men were very professional. The door is so much quieter now it makes me laugh. I don't know enough about garage door repairs to comment much on price, though it was not inexpensive. Should I need garage door work in the future I would definitely use them again.

Technician adjusted door-has been working fine. He also put in his own battery in outside door opener when I couldn't find one.
