We are very satisfied with the service we received from Overhead Garage Door. When I contacted them they sent out a person the next working day. The person arrived on time and completed the tune-up. Our garage door is now working much, much better. As our garage door is old and slightly torn, the person gave us a very valuable advice on how to proceed. The cost of excellent - we paid only $39 as a promotional price. They are an excellent company. This is the second time we hired them and I am sure we will call them again when we need garage door help.

They fixed the track and reset the door.

Tech came as promised but literally spent about 5 minutes for 2 garage doors! He said the one door was a little out of balance (he said he adjusted it) but that all else was fine. I just could not believe how little time he took for the job.

The serviceman arrived on time; explained the exactly what he was doing and put a new battery in my garage remote.

Went very smoothly. Called and got a same day appointment, the tech Scott called when he was on his way. When he arrived, he assessed the situation, explained my options and had the work done in about an hour. One option was to replace the door and he explained that if I was satisfied with the door as it is aesthetically, there was no real need to replace it. I kept the door and saved several hundred dollars. I'm very pleased with the whole experience, would highly recommend this provider.

The Technician was punctual and very polite. We talked a little bit to find out what I wanted in an opener. The work proceeded and was done with professionalism and skill. Everything was adjusted and checked after the installation. The opener works beautifully and is very quiet. Everything was cleaned up and put away after the job was done. The operation and setup of the opener was explained to me. My son set up the WiFi connection to the opener and now we can check the doors operation on the iPhone or iPad. We can also operate it from them. Very impressive technology. I highly recommend Overhead Garage Door Inc.

Scott showed up right on time, he quickly figured out what had happened (part of the drive belt had jammed in the housing), fixed it and gave us some suggestions on getting warranty coverage for certain parts that were still under warranty. Super helpful, would highly recommend and use again.
