The service technician arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was cordial and informative. He identified a problem with the door and told me his company's fee to fix it, but did not pressure me to have it fixed during his visit. He also performed the agreed-upon tune-up maintenance. I would hire this company in the future.

Called at 10:00 am. Technician arrived at 2:15 pm. Replaced both springs, inspected and lubed rollers. Completed at 3:15 pm. Very efficient.

The repair man called to let me know when he would be here. He arrived and was professional. Told me what he was checking and then commented on how I needed new rollers but it’s up to me if I wanted to get them only I knew my budget I asked how much it would cost he gave me an approximate price and that’s what he charged me but then he started talking about the springs now he can’t guarantee how long they would last he had to adjust them again because after he put a new rollers the adjustment was not right then he looked at the box in the ceiling and said a date that it was put in well this got my attention because I knew exactly when it was put in I bought this condo brand new so I corrected him and he’s like oh I must’ve read that the number wrong. I’ve never had my garage door maintained before so I’m not sure exactly what’s done, he sprayed and he sprayed everything that moves but what also bothered me was when the door was open it started dripping on the concrete floor I also had a mattress and box spring that was under the rollers and the things he was spraying they were to be picked up tomorrow and now they’ve got this WD-40 dripped on them I wasn’t expecting it to drip otherwise I would’ve protected it.

Job went fine but I was disappointed by the price. I admit I did not ask but it took 10 minutes to install and was charged $1`90 - I guess I would have thought that I would pay for labor and equipment but not a service call on top of that.

Technician was prompt and professional. Showed me how I can help prolong the longevity of the unit by lubricating tracks properly and tightened anything that was loose. He didn’t try to pressure me into buying a new opener which I thought I may have needed initially. I would recommend them and will be using them again.

Great! Called on Wednesday afternoon to schedule consultation and get a quote. Completed consultation and provided quote on Thursday. Installed on Friday. They were able to figure out a standard install when others wouldn't even come out to look based on tight spaces.

The technician called me 15 minutes before his arrival time. He showed me how to lubricate each of the components and what type of lubricant to use on each of the components. Doors are running much smoother and with less noise now.

Expectations exceeded. They arrived within promised timeframe and performed the work quickly and flawlessly. Price quoted was price charged. I will use them for all future garage door and garage door opener work.

The tech showed up and adjusted the garage door for proper alignment and closure after much debate. He stated that the door and opener I owned were homeowner models and that he was just there to lubricate them and any additional services needed would be extra. After showing him the fine print on the Angie's List purchase I was able to get him to adjust my garage door as per what I paid for and needed. I wasn't quite sure why our appointment started out this way, but in the end the garage door was adjusted and the service tech even gave me a quote to replace a bent panel on the door.
