Perfect - Eric arrived on time - my husband met him at the garage. We had been having a problem with the door opening with the remote - Eric knew right away how to correct - pushed a button my husband wound never know to push and completed the tune-up. Very professional.

I have ordered Garage Door almost one month back. When I order garage door, the person/mechanic who took order, told me that door will be delivered in 2 weeks. When I called after 2 weeks, they were not even sure that I had ordered from them and lady on phone asked me 2 times that whether I ordered door from them or from Home Depot. I think, i made mistake by ordering from them and not ordering from Home Depot. The lady on phone told me that delivery date should be available by next weekend. So i called at the end of 3rd week and same story, now they told me that delivery date (and not actual delivery) should be available by next weekend. When I asked why the person told me that delivery will be done in 2 weeks, she replied "I don't know why mechanic told that, i wasn't there". They don't have courtesy to call and inform that door will be delayed. Now today is 4 week complete and I still don;t have date when doors will be delivered. I don't know about there service, but definitely I won't recommend them for new door order. I have already paid half of the money and will have to wait, don't know how long. This is worst experience, be careful.

Wonderfully, the Angie's List price was the best. Plus I got free Internet connectivity which I really love now that I have it. The professional did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself.

Well. Service provider too extra time to explain where wear is most likely to occur, preventive maintenance options and potential weaknesses with current door configuration.

Nathan from Overhead Door was very professional, offered good information, and completed the job promptly. He was very personable and "knows his stuff". I would not hesitate to hire again.

There were problems with the time that was set. The first time they were early and did not stay around to the scheduled time. The second appointment they were 45 minutes late from the scheduled time

It went very well. Labor for pulleys I think was a little expensive.

The technician came promptly. He was courteous and explained what the problem probably was that caused the garage door opener not to open. It's working now.

Excellent. Quick tuneup got our opener and all ancillary devices humming and working perfectly. It is a 14 yr old opener, but as long as it works well we will keep it. Brad was 100% friendly, knowedgable and professional.

Very Good at explaining what work he was doing

It went well but he tried to sell me more then I think I needed. All I wanted was adjustments and door greased. First he said oh you need new rollers, if I do them today it will cost you $$$. If I come back when they break it will cost you more. Next it was the springs. You probably only have a year left, your retired so you use it once a day? So it should last a year. Maybe.

Door was out of balance and was fixed. The door opener and door were checked.
