Description of Work: I purchased a service special for my garage door. Overhead Garage sent a service technician out to balance, lube and inspect my door. The tech was on time and quickly got to work. After he was finished my door definitely opened and closed more smoothly. I am happy with the result given the amount I paid.

Description of Work: Tuned up garage door. They were on time and very pleasant to work with. My garage door has a couple of dents and will eventually need to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of how much it would cost and the type of door that I would need. No pressure sales very nice and I felt that they genuinely want to do the right thing for the customer.

They repaired my problem quickly, and adjusted door within a short period. Would be happy to use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal on Angie's List for a basic garage door inspection and tune-up. My garage door was extremely loud and I had no idea what the issue was. Overhead Garage Door did and inspection and adjustment as the deal specified and then was able to determine that my garage door gear assembly was trash and likely to snap soon. So they replaced the assembly, made additional adjustments and completed the job. The door and opener now run very smooth and quiet. No issues at all and very happy with the work done

Description of Work: The technician was personable and professional. He thoroughly lubricated all moving parts, readjusted the tension on the spring, aligned the door, and made sure that the opener was functioning properly. He spent over 1/2 hour and explained what he was doing. He also gave me advise on what I could do in the future to keep the garage door functioning properly. It has never worked so quietly - even when new.
